This house is the perfect secluded getaway. It has an amazing pool and jacuzzi that you never want to leave with a spectacular view. It is hands down the most unique home I’ve ever been to. We loved interacting with the emu’s and there is the sweetest little cat that roams around the property. There are tons of lights switches everywhere that would at first seem overwhelming but everything is labeled very clearly making all navigation through the house a breeze. We would love to book this Airbnb again in the future.

This was our second time staying at the Orchard House and it did not disappoint! The home and grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Our 4 kids loved the pool, treehouse, putting green, and bocce ball. So many cute cozy spots to enjoy a cup of coffee or book both inside and outside. The house is nicely spread out and could easily accommodate 2 families as there are 2 en-suite king bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked for easy cooking and was left in pristine condition. We had a number of potentially annoying requests and Todd was quick to respond and accommodating. Our kids loved visiting the many nearby playgrounds and library. We can’t wait to come back!

Niloo's place was perfect for our family gathering to celebrate my daughter's graduation from UCLA. It is a spacious and well-appointed house for an extended family and we especially enjoyed the outdoor space. It was perfect for hosting a few friends. We rented both upstairs and downstairs and appreciated how well-stocked both kitchens were with serving plates, utensils, and even a few staples and food items. It's a great spot for gathering. The house was clean and located in a great, walkable neighborhood right off of Melrose Ave.

We want to say a huge thank you to these unbelievable hosts. Their house is incredible, they were very fast to respond to all inquiries, we desperately needed a crib and they came over to put one together for us. These are really amazing hosts with beautiful home. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for an Airbnb in LA! Thank you again!

We had an amazing stay at this home. We stayed with my sister, her husband, and their two kids, and the space was perfect for our group. The house is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a huge hit—great for relaxing and letting the kids burn off some energy. Inside, there were tons of games that kept everyone entertained, and the massive TV made for awesome movie nights. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the layout made it easy to hang out together while still having our own space. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Overall, it was the perfect family-friendly spot in a great location. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Julie’s place is amazing!!! Better than expected. College friend reunion. We really enjoyed the pool and the yoga studio and outdoor area. Julie is a delight!

Anna is a great host – we really appreciated the flexibility with our check-in time, her thoughtful local recommendations, and the delicious freshly baked Italian bread she brought us. The place is roomy, nicely decorated, and very well equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils. It’s located close to the airport in a calm, residential neighborhood. A perfect place for a family or group of friends to stay while visiting LA – we’d gladly come back!

We absolutely love staying at this house. It’s our 2nd time and it won’t be our last. The location is perfect! There’s a walking trail to a shopping center that has a grocery store, a Starbucks, and much more - including a brewery that has amazing beer and great food. It’s also walkable to Zuma Beach! We have 4 kids and this house is so perfect for us - enough room for everyone to spread out. And the view from the deck cannot be beat. You get a view of the ocean/coast line/ and the mountains all in one.

This is a wonderful Malibu property. Unbelievable views, super comfortable beds, and beautiful gathering spaces inside and out. The host provided all the consumables that make a stay hassle-free. You really feel like you are being hosted, which isn’t always the case with airbnbs. We would definitely stay again.

Stunning Home., Stunning views. Its Malibu. or a piece of heaven on earth. It takes a bit to get up the hill and find the home yet its worth the time and effort. Serene and peaceful. We had family stay for our final gathering for our daughter's graduation from Pepperdine U. Perfect spot for us.

Larissa’s place was so beautiful and exactly what we needed. The yard was “big dog” friendly, our fur babies enjoyed it very much! We can’t wait to come back.

We were lucky enough to have enjoyed a family at John’s place. Words can’t fully express how incredible the house is. The location feels remote but isn’t far up from the PCH, which was perfect. The pool was heated as promised and was clean and incredible for young families, as well as adults! As a host, John and was the most catering I’ve ever encountered. We had a couple of surprise family guests on day 2/4. John was incredibly understanding and catered for the last minute, extra day-guests. We felt John was truly there and understanding, with the emphases always on making sure our stay was as peaceful as possible. Thank you John! We can’t wait to come back!

The Property is a bit up in the mountainous terrain of Malibu, but it's well worth the drive. There are so many acres to e4xplore and the views are breathtaking. The architecture is simplistic/organic, as if to fit in with the serene nature it resides. The landscaping is impeccable, so much that you'll want to spend most of your time outside. Mani was great to work with, but we didn't really have much of a need to contact him, other thaqn forgetting some medication at the prop0erty, which he kindly returned., Great stay, will go back.

Topanga Canyon is a great location away from the busy city. The Canyon house is set in an amazing location, very serene with beautiful grounds and canyon views. Lots of outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy. The interior is well done from the floorplan to the comfortable beds, and a great kitchen that included everything we needed. The host was fantastic. They were very responsive with communications and had local recommendations for Topanga Canyon and beyond. We would definitely stay here again!

What a great home! So much character and a fantastic layout. The location is perfect! We walked to stores and restaurants multiple times a day as they are nearby walkable within minutes. Also a minute walk from the beach. Amazing outdoor seating areas which we utilized throughout our stay as well. Darryl was an awesome host and very responsive with any questions we had. Would highly recommend ! We loved it so much we are already planning when we can have our next stay. Our stay there was truly magical.

This is easily the favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Only reason I contemplated leaving a review, is because I don’t want others to fill the slots 😂😂 Will definitely be back soon. Thank you to the hosts!

The place was just what we were looking for as it was close to the Malibu Half Marathon event that we came for. Ash was a great host and super responsive to all of our questions! I would definitely recommend this place for a quiet getaway!

Ben and Annie were wonderful hosts! We were very impressed with the decorating, cleanliness and response to a couple of questions we had. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped for our family. We can't think of anything that was not perfect! They were both the best hosts ever. Very quick to respond and if we were at a specific place and wanted recommendations for places to eat, shop, etc they were quick to respond. Their responses lace looks well loved with tasteful decor. They went above and beyond to make sure our family vacation went smoothly. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

The place and the hosts are wonderful. If what you want is a pretty, cozy location in Malibu within an easy drive to the beaches and restaurants then stay here. I needed a writing retreat. A quiet, scenic place where I could work. Karen and Bill’s place was perfect. I’ll be back.
