Holiday rentals with a patio in Zuma Beach

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

We only stayed here one night to attend a graduation, but we absolutely loved the place. The pictures are great, but you won't really get just how charming the place is till you're there. It was plenty of space for 3 of us. Loved the little balcony and the writing/reading corner. We all slept great on the 3 beds: the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, even with the windows open overnight. We were there on a Wed night and we always found a parking spot close to the home along the street. We didn't cook there but it looked like everything you'd need was there. We enjoyed walking 5 minutes to breakfast at Park Pantry and being so close to everything we needed to access. Even with the hosts living in the downstairs home, we never heard them and our upstairs home was quiet and private. Pamela was always quick to respond and was accommodating of our schedule. We'd stay here again and highly recommend.

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s place. I plan to stay there again the next time I’m in LA.

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

We had a great time at Landon & Evie’s place in Ventura! We stayed one night and hope to stay longer next time! Apartment was very nice and as described! Great location and walking distance to Main Street , restaurants , coffee , bars and beach! Place was clean, spacious and very comfortable! Apartment building was very quiet and peaceful! Landon & Evie were friendly, accommodating , welcoming and had great communication! We love Ventura and are exited to find a great place to stay when we are visiting! Great location, convenient to highway and restaurants. The space was clean and spacious as described. It's not the easiest navigating the apartment complex and all the stairwells but host provided clear instructions. We felt it was easier to access the apartment from the visitor parking lot vs the assigned parking spot. Host was able to provide us with a high chair and pack and play, which was very much appreciated. Overall the apartment was good value for money and I would recommend. Thanks Carina!

Easily one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The space captured the local vibe perfectly — stylish, welcoming, and peaceful. The layout was fantastic, and it felt like stepping into a Restoration Hardware showroom. Everything was spotless, and surprisingly, it was incredibly quiet throughout the stay. This is a wonderful Malibu property. Unbelievable views, super comfortable beds, and beautiful gathering spaces inside and out. The host provided all the consumables that make a stay hassle-free. You really feel like you are being hosted, which isn’t always the case with airbnbs. We would definitely stay again.

Topanga Canyon is a great location away from the busy city. The Canyon house is set in an amazing location, very serene with beautiful grounds and canyon views. Lots of outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy. The interior is well done from the floorplan to the comfortable beds, and a great kitchen that included everything we needed. The host was fantastic. They were very responsive with communications and had local recommendations for Topanga Canyon and beyond. We would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful space. The apartment is so nice. The King bed was super comfortable and beautiful kitchen with brand new everything. We felt right at home and Bess was so generous in offering a later check out. Easy to find. Easy parking and so close to the beach. The neighborhood is gorgeous. We took a morning walk to a beautiful spot overlooking the ocean. It was just a perfect mini getaway to enjoy Malibu. Oh and we saw dolphins at a distance in the ocean. Overall such a wonderful experience. Thank you!

I was quite impressed with the home. The home was as depicted, clean, comfortable and quite relaxing. Bedding is comfortable as well. The immediate area is quiet with an array of restaurants and shopping near by. Minutes from the expressway. Lisa is a wonderful host, professional yet personable. She left simple instructions and was available to respond to any concerns. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Great location & gorgeous view! There was another couple staying so the hot tub area was shared, which is fine, but I did want to point that out. Still definitely highly recommend this place!

It was a warm short stay at Ben's house. A really new house with new and clean facilities. The natural light in the house is really good during the day. Thanks for the welcoming snacks and wine! Ben and Annie are very helpful and kind.

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Great roomy two-bedroom in a great location. Easy parking location to the condo. Hope to stay here in the future.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

The property was very beautiful in a walkable neighborhood of Manhattan Beach, close to almost anything you could think of. When we arrived the place was definitely cleaned and ready to go. MB is one of my favorite places so to have found this last minute only a min or so walk from the beach was awesome! Check in was breezy and we seemed to have our own privacy which was key! This was a mother-son trip .I will give it to them the property is clean and in a perfect area. Upon check in the replies were a bit impersonal. Didnt really get the welcome to MB from the host i have experienced with past airbnbs. Got a “yea we have basics” reply to my question about pots and pans and although this didnt affect the stay in any way there was a moment or 2 i was second guessing the vibe, when the host did reply it was short and concise(to the point) Also it definitely gets a bit hot inside, and the AC could have been more efficient but what do u expect in LA😎☀️🕶️ We would live here its great

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.
