Luxury loft in the historic heart of Monnickendam. Sleep at the foot of the Speeltoren; the oldest playable carillon in the world. Completed in early 2026 and fully equipped: blissful double divan, double sink, spacious rain shower, complete kitchen, 4-seater dining area, sofa, roof terrace and loft with a ladder to 2 single beds. Perfect as a base for Amsterdam, Volendam, Marken and Zaanse Schans, among others. Bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. Catering is located around the corner in the old port.

Our floating chalet has a lot of glassware so that you retain the unobstructed view. You are close to Amsterdam, Volendam and Monnickendam. Enough activity in the area, so that you can decide for yourself whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet or seek out the hustle and bustle. There is a terrace and a floating balcony. There is also parking at the chalet.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

In the old center of characteristic and unique Broek in Waterland in a barn rebuilt in 2017 behind the farm. Entirely private home with access (self check-in). Split-level with private garden. Downstairs (24 m2) is the living room with sofa, mini kitchen, dining area and separate bathroom and toilet. On the loft is the bedroom with double bed, plenty of closet space, hang and lay. WiFi available. There are two bicycles (Veloretti) for rent, 10.00 per bicycle per day.

Studio on houseboat on the outskirts of Amsterdam

Are you tired of the city? Are you looking for a special destination for a vacation in your own country? I would like to welcome you to my unique location in the middle of the countryside of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. The ferry is, by the way, private property, and is only used by my guests.

Our cottage is in one of the most beautiful Waterland villages, Broek in Waterland. It is located in a beautiful area, 8 km from Amsterdam. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away, so you can be at Amsterdam Centraal in 12 minutes. The guest house itself offers everything you need during a vacation. In our guesthouse, it is wonderful to "come home" after, for example, a busy day in the city, or, for example, a bike ride along all the nice villages here in the area.

Vacation home on farmyard

A cozy and atmospheric holiday home on our farm. The house is built in a former barn in a quiet place, along the dike. In the spacious yard there is enough space to sit outside and enjoy the tranquility, space and nature. The house features a bedroom on the ground floor and a bedroom on the first floor. Overlooking the dike and beyond the Gouwzee. In which summers can be swimmed. Cohabitants of the farm are our chickens and sheep.

On the edge of the village of Broek in Waterland is this nice, modern furnished cottage. The guest house is surrounded by meadows and adjacent to the Volgermeerpolder nature reserve: the ideal starting point for beautiful hiking and cycling trips through Waterland/Great Amsterdam. When you return to the cottage, you can enjoy the panoramic views and the most fantastic, colored sunsets both indoors and outdoors.

After an inspiring day in Amsterdam, it is wonderful to come "home" to this original apartment, which was built in an old hay barn in the village of Watergang. Where everything is available for a relaxing stay for 2-4 people. Also very suitable for vacation or longer stay. Free bikes for every guest and free canoes and a kayak available.
