10 minutes Amsterdam Central Station 'De Hut'Watergang is a small village 10 minutes from Amsterdam Central Station. It is located in the municipality of Waterland. The Zaanse schans and Volendam are easily accessible from here. Waterland is a beautiful area with beautiful bike rides. This area is also ideal for sailing with a boat or canoe. - After the meeting at bus stationAmsterdam Noord we take a public bus to a small village in Waterland. After a drink in the house of Majel, we go in canoes through the village and meadow lands. After 1,5 hour paddling we make a stop on an island for picnic dinner. When the sun goes down we go back to the starting spot. Have a drinkat Majels house before we go back to Amsterdam. Some time we come back a bit later. When the weather is nice you can have a swim at the picnic spot. Bring the right clothes. In the evening it is always a bit cooler. - The start of the Fresh Nose (air) Tour is my house in Watergang. A small village ner Amsterdam. Easy to reach by bike (35 minutens bike ride fro Amsterdam Ferry), by bus 305 or 301-307 from Amsterdam Noord, free parking in the village (Populiereweg). We are finishing at my house. We advice to bring your own water/drinks and snack with you. We don't make a stop for a picnic, but you are welcome to eat after or before the tour in my cosy garden. If you like to swim, than I advice to book the day or sunset tour including picnic. Than we have more time. Other things to note You need to be healthy and fit. A normal condition.
