We had a really nice holiday in the apartment. Quiet location. Many leisure opportunities. The apartment was well equipped and very clean, nothing was missing. Highly recommended.

We were at Ludwig's for a long weekend with our three adult children and everyone liked it very much (which rarely happens😀). The chalet is very beautiful and the short distance to the nearest mountain railways is great for hikers!

The apartment was perfectly appointed. Wonderful views, extremely comfortable and all the home comforts needed. A short and very pretty walk into town, where there are several nice restaurants and places for coffee and drinks . The view from the balcony is stunning. Britta was a super a helpful host, assisting us with restaurants and local information. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

Peony was the perfect, peaceful base for our Götzens Tai Chi School winter training for me, and for Grant to teach himself snowboarding on local slopes! All the information Georg left was up to date and helpful, and he he was also helpful and responsive with specific queries and tips in person. The apartment is beautifully light, warm and comfortable (bed was perfect) with many delightful style features. Would definitely book with Georg again. Thank you for a perfect stay, Georg!

We had a nice experience. The view is amazing and amidst nature. The proximity to Innsbruck makes it comfortable for a day trip. The bathrooms are renovated and spacious, on the other hand bedrooms make squeaky noise as one walks, due to old wooden flooring (something for light sleepers). The house is also well equipped with all appliances. The kitchen, dining, and living room make it cozy and open. Overall recommended.

Very nice accommodation. Very clean and cozy. We had great days and were able to make beautiful excursions from this accommodation. We will definitely be back.

A rustic, cozy yet modern retreat (new bathroom, modern cozy furniture, beautiful solid interior), which we happened to discover at the last minute at a very fair price. The view is really something! With the daily "nature and cloud TV" and "cricket chirp radio" (there really is no TV or radio, which is really great!) where you can very well block out the subtle noise of the main road in the distance, we were able to recover very well from the many hiking tours. Whether having breakfast outside in the morning sunshine or watching the evening sunset in the mountains on the bench, we enjoyed every day and spontaneously extended it. We had the somewhat "smaller" house, which was completely sufficient for 2 people, and had the property for our sole use almost all the time. We were able to switch off very well here. Thank you Peter for your hiking tips and the always fast and nice communication. We will be happy to come back!

Great apartment within walking distance of all amenities within Seefeld. We did not visit ski slopes in Seefeld, but in Leutasch. Here we went by car. Furthermore, the apartment had everything you need, definitely come back again.

A spectacular place, Till is very kind, always has a good disposition and tries to be aware of the needs of his guests, super open to communication and has very good recommendations of activities to do, but what made it special was the treatment he gave my 3 dogs, he took excellent care of them and as it was raining when we arrived, he had towels ready to dry them.

The apartment was ideal for our stay. The location was great - a short 10 minute walk from the old town and 25 minutes from the train station. The facilities were very good with a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. The Innsbruck welcome card which was included gave us free public transport and good discounts too.

We spent a long weekend at Eva’s place to go hiking up the mountains. The apartment is perfect for couples. Its proximity to the train station and to hiking trails is very convenient! Was super clean and well equipped. Would visit again, for sure!

The apartment captivates with its breathtaking view. The rooms are sufficiently large, the bathrooms too. Underfloor heating and comfortable beds complete the package. There are many, varied restaurants and shopping facilities in the vicinity. The house is in a quiet area, the outdoor terrace has plenty of space and sunlight. Communication with Katrin was straightforward and the answers were quick. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the days there. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment was clean, neat, and very well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking, making it feel just like home. The owner was very responsive and quick to reply to any questions or concerns. But the highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the view—waking up to the breathtaking sight of the Alps was truly unforgettable. It was definitely a good time to relax and a great place to stay.

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. We had a fantastic stay in Vera's stylish loft apartment. With children, it was also great to be located directly at the Hungerburg cable car and the Alpine Zoo. The apartment is really very modern, very clean and offers a fantastic view of the mountains. Quietly located, but with a few bus stops to the city centre. If you come by public transport, we recommend the W bus line, as the other 500 bus lines still mean a 15-minute walk uphill. Vera was a very helpful host with great tips and quick answers to our questions. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

The accommodation was clean and it has everything you need, including great basic equipment in the kitchen and bathroom! I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to vacation in the area!

Beautiful, quiet apartment in a great location. Communication with Alice was super pleasant and uncomplicated. The accommodation lacked nothing (on the contrary: many things of daily need are already available) and the view from the garden is breathtaking. Perfectly located for excursions to the surrounding area (Geister-/Leutaschklamm, Isar hike to Scharnitz, Lautersee... - all can be started directly from the accommodation). Public transport to Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Innsbruck is also within walking distance. I would be happy to come back.
