Hiking and mountain bike trails, as well as cross-country skiing routes, pass by the property. Two draglifts and one baby lift add a touch of retro charm. The village inn is right next door. Incredibly beautiful and authentic!

The "Apart Astegg" with the beautiful view is located in the middle of nature and yet only a few minutes from the next ski resort. In winter, a free ski bus stops in front of the door and takes you to the mountain railway. A restaurant is right next door. Shopping facilities can be found in the surrounding area in Finkenberg or Mayrhofen. Take a few steps slower than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life on the mountain in intact nature. Use the time for yourself and your family to make your vacation the most beautiful time of the year. We are not connected to a large ski resort. There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We don't have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

Built and furnished with great attention to detail and natural materials, large terrace, Organic / stone pine sauna, it is 200 meters to the snow-covered ski route (black slope) to Aschau, asphalted mountain road (!), cleared well in winter, leads in approx. 4 km from the valley up to the holiday home, in winter winter tires required, bring snow chains !!
