"Alte Dorfschule" am Schweriner See

The 80m2 apartment is on the upper floor of an old village school in Wickendorf on the northern outskirts of Schwerin, 7 km to the centre. The Schwerin Lake is a few minutes walk away and easily accessible for a morning swim. The bright apartment with its own entrance consists of e i n e m large living/bedroom area with adjacent o f e n e r kitchen and a separate large shower room. There is a lot of space for 2-3 people and you will always find small artistic details in the apartment. The double bed has the dimensions of 2.0 x 2.0 m, a third single bed (normal size) Additional mattresses can be provided by the landlord. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (without icebox) and an electric stove with oven. The car can be parked in the in-house yard. As a rule, the regular bus runs hourly to the city within 12 minutes. Also by bike along the lakes you are in the city center in about 30 minutes. Bicycles as well as the large, former school garden can be (co-)used with agreement. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets can be brought with the consent of the landlord.

BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. A lovely cottage with a thatched roof. The former coachman's house is located on the grounds of the Niendorf estate. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view of the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. Free parking for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the remise. For additional people, guest rooms with bathroom/pantry can be booked.

The great 120 m² centrally located apartment is on the top floor of an apartment building and is suitable for up to 4 (6) people. If necessary, it can be combined with our apartments for 1-2 people. Equipped with air hockey, darts, record player, projector and screen as well as cozy furnishings. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity to the city harbor, Schwerin Palace, the theater and museum. The center and a swimming area are just a 10-minute walk away.

Our small, fine apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As can be seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, kettle and filter coffee maker, as well as the usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) and a few small cabinets. There is also a beautiful bathroom with shower.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.
