Idyllically located by the stream, these two rooms offer an ideal starting point for a small tour through the Palatinate - whether for hiking, drinking wine, celebrating a wedding or for a family vacation. Within walking distance are restaurants, wine bars and many wineries and culturally Großkarlbach also offers a nice program, such as the Long Night of Jazz. Families with children are very welcome.

Together with our two children and two rabbits, Roman and I live in the old natural stone house with beautiful garden and rent out our attached apartment overlooking the countryside. Since we like to travel with Airbnb ourselves - preferably to the North Sea, as our furnishing style sometimes shows - we are now looking forward to guests ourselves! Our tiny house has a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in front of a panoramic window, a sleeping level accessible via a spiral staircase, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna in a separate building. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

Conveniently located minutes from the highway, the apartment offers perfect connections to the Niebelungenstadt Worms, Kaiserslautern, Mainz, Mannheim and Frankfurt. Enjoy the tranquility of the place, which invites you to hike or linger in nature, or relax on a city trip to learn more about the history of the North Palatinate.

We offer a small guest room in our cozy romantic farmhouse. The room is located in our barn and is equipped with a shower and sink. The toilet is located separately in the courtyard. The kitchen in the separate seminar house can also be used. The cozy courtyard invites you to linger. Also ideal for hikers, cyclists or motorcyclists in transit. Recently, we have a paid electric car charging station / wallbox in the yard.

Lovingly expanded holiday apartment with natural materials and wall heating, in a small quiet village near the city of Meisenheim, surrounded by lots of nature and forest.
