For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

Spacious cozy bright apartment in renovated old building with balcony, 2 bedrooms, a new kitchen-living room, bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, west side overlooking meadows and mountains, approx. 10 minutes' walk to the train station. In the immediate vicinity is a supermarket, doctors, walking paths. In the village center (about 500 m) there are other supermarkets, shops serving everyday needs, restaurants, cafes, the train station and tourist information.

The vacation home "Daniel Lechner" is located in a quiet mountain location on the sunny side of the Zillertal. The vacation home is located at about 1050 m above sea level on the Distelberg, so you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding Zillertal Alps. The ski resorts of Spieljoch, Hochzillertal-Hochfügen and the Zillertal Arena are just a few km from our house and can be reached by car!

Great flat with mountain view! The flat is your perfect starting point for a great time in the Kitzbühel Alps. Whether it's a holiday (or a quiet workplace) in summer, autumn or a skiing holiday - the Kitzbühel Alps always offer a fantastic backdrop. With approx. 45 m2, it offers a large living room, bedroom, kitchen (NEW since 2021) and a friendly bathroom. Enjoy your time in a quiet atmosphere and with a great view over Wörgl. A nest to feel good

You will stay on the second floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there is also a bathtub waiting for you. The balconies have a southwest orientation for a magnificent view and plenty of sunshine. A parquet floor ensures a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Swedish stove as a cozy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Unterlechenhof N

The "Unterlehenhof N" holiday flat is located in a traditional mountain farm in Zell am Ziller and offers direct access to the ski slopes. The 50 m² accommodation consists of a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher & dining area, 2 bedrooms (the 2nd bedroom is located outside the flat across the hallway) and a bathroom, thus offering space for 5 people. The amenities also include high-speed WiFi and satellite TV. A baby cot is available on request.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Haus Hotter

Mit einem schönen Ausblick über Zell am Ziller liegt unser Haus in einer kleinen Siedlung am Gerlosberg. In wenigen Gehminuten ist das Dorfzentrum von Zell auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses und verfügt über einen separaten Haupteingang zur Wohnung. Die Bushaltestelle (im Winter auch der Skibus) befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Ansonsten ist die Talstation mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Exclusive holiday apartment with infrared cabin! It is located in the center of Kolsass. This includes a large garden with barbecue facilities, a private garage and parking spaces. A supermarket is about 3 minutes away, the bike path passes in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on the Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away, there is the possibility to end the day culinary at the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.

Moser's vacation home on the sunny slope

The holiday apartment "Mosers am Sonnenhang", which is situated in Jenbach, overlooks the Alps. The 65 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, heating as well as a washing machine. On top of that, a table tennis table is also provided for your enjoyment.
