The holiday apartment "Unterlehenhof" is located in Zell am Ziller, inside an old traditional mountain farm that has direct access to the ski slopes. This 135 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi as well as satellite TV. A baby cot is also available.

Our newly renovated apartment consists of four beautiful, spacious rooms, each with their own bathroom. All rooms lead to the balcony, from which you can enjoy an impressive view. There is plenty of parking available in front of the house.
