We had a wonderful weekend! The location was perfect – super clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal for our plans and communication with the host was quick and friendly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at this beautiful lakeside home in Lubniewice. Everything was extremely clean, the amenities top modern. Especially the hot tub and gas grill made for relaxing evenings. The hosts were very friendly and explained everything to us in peace. The location directly on the lake is fantastic, and as a special extra, a gift basket of sweets and drinks was waiting for us. We highly recommend this place. It is quietly and secludedly located next to forest and lakes. Perfect for long walks. In the evening, we also made a fire in the fire pit in the garden, which was very cozy. In summer, you have your own jetty from the garden to jump into the swimming pond. Overall, the furnishings were very cozy and there was everything you need. It was just a pity that we could not use the existing fireplace inside, as the smoke was drawn into the interior and unfortunately we did not receive any further instructions on how or whether it works. Wood was also not available, so we bought some. We would have liked to use it in the cozy winter time, it was even a criterion why I booked this house. Apart from that, we had a great time, the small village supermarket around the corner also has everything you need. The garden is completely fenced, so our dog could romp outside all day.

We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy the stay very much with our dogs (fenced garden). The house/property is very cozy and quaint. Michal was totally committed, took care of everything and always answered/observed our questions/concerns quickly.

Peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of a big city. Comfortable, clean, and cozy. Fantastic hosts who even share scented tomatoes from the backyard. 10 minutes walk to the wild beach and 15-20 to the city. We recommend summer evenings on the porch with crickets and stars.

It was just what we wanted. No frills, just a good place at a reasonable price to spend a single night!

Tomasz is a great host, place was a little bit difficult to find, but Tomasz was very helpful!

Kasia is a great hostess! Very accommodating and quick to reach. In case of problems and questions, she was always quick to help us & also clearly communicated with us before our arrival. We had an issue with the heating (room very cold). Kasia contacted us directly by phone & we were able to resolve the issue within a few minutes, great! In addition, there is a small book available where there is a few information about the accommodation & surroundings. There are two large kitchen with a small couch, three bathrooms, two bedrooms & a living room with a nice fireplace + a sofa bed. One bedroom starts from the kitchen. This was only inconvenient for us, since we were there with children & stayed in the kitchen in the evening. We had to be very quiet there because it's a little clairvoyant. Otherwise, we found the place very nice & clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We highly recommend the place!
