The apartment I live in is in a block of flats, where I offer a spacious room with a kitchenette, fully equipped, with a balcony, in a good location, with excellent access both by public transport and by car. There is a bus stop 300 metres away, and shops and a park are nearby. The apartment is bright and spacious, in a quiet area. The apartment is equipped with bed linen, towels, toiletries, an iron, a dryer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is also a wardrobe available. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony

Modern apartment in a quiet area - Poznan

The apartment consists of a room with a kitchen, bathroom and separate wardrobe. There is a bed for two people and a sofa bed. What’s more, the apartment has a large and sunny balcony. It is located on the first floor. The building was completed in 2017. All furniture and accessories are new since they were purchased specially for the quests. Apartment size is 31 square meters. The balcony is about 5 square meters. Within the 8-minute walk there is a Poznan tram stop.

Quiet, close and green

I have a perfectly located apartment for you: in a quiet, peaceful, green housing estate, and at the same time close to the center – only 1 tram stop! On site, you will enjoy a bedroom and a sunny living room, a kitchen where you can easily prepare meals and a spacious balcony overlooking the center of Poznań. I took care of the apartment as best I could. However, if you need anything else, I am close – I live with my family next door.

A new studio with a balcony and mezzanine in a revitalized tenement house in the city center, right next to the University of Arts. A few minutes to the Old Market Square. Good access by tram from the Main Station and the airport. There is an elevator in the building. The tenement house was a crime scene in Ryszard Ćwirlej's crime novel entitled You have it like in a bank.

Beautiful three bedroom top floor flat with a balcony in Poznan JEZYCE. The flat occupies the top floor of our property, guests have a separate entrance to the flat. It is in a leafy, peaceful enclave, a stone's throw from central Poznan's major attractions. 3 minutes by food from tram station. 12 minutes by car to the airport and the International Trade Fair POZNAN.

Lovely flat with veranda and garden in the center of Poznań, in vivid distirict of Jeżyce. Full equipped and very calm. Perfect for everybody: families (crib and high chair), friends and business trips. Great place to stay and discover Poznań. Several toursitic attractions and fancy bars and restaurants around. Great energy and very peaceful.
