The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. The apartment is located on the ground floor in the courtyard of a quiet street next to Łukasiewicz Park and the bank of the Warta River. On the ground floor of the tenement house there is a restaurant Plan, where you can have a tasty breakfast and drink delicious coffee. 60 m further in the Bezowa confectionery you can enjoy meringue cakes in 50 flavors and other sweets. From here you can quickly reach the main attractions of the city on foot, such as the Old Market Square (15 min), Ostów Tumski with the cathedral (20 min), Lake Malta (15 min), and the Citadel (25 min).

In the attic there is one large room and a bathroom with a shower. The house is located in a quiet area, close to Lake Rusałka, 6 km from the center, 300 m to the bus stop. We provide bicycles. In the garden, you can relax on the terrace and have a barbecue. There is a sandbox and a playhouse for children. Parking for 2 cars. Wi-Fi available.
