Extremely lovely cabin with incredible views. We were in March when it's quite cold, but at the expense of the air conditioner everything is very well heated. definitely recommend!

Thank you for the opportunity to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city, while not leaving the city. Very nice hosts, comfortable home, convenient location, modern renovation. There was everything we needed for a quiet family vacation. The only bad thing is that one day it's time to go home. 😁 We'll come back again.

The house was very pleasant, clean, and thoughtful. Perfect for 5 people. The host was always in touch. Highly recommend! By the way: the host does winemaking - we really appreciated 😉

The exact price-quality ratio. Very convenient location of the apartment, everything you need is nearby, 10 minutes walk to Ibiza, shops, pharmacies nearby. Mila is very kind and responsive. I will definitely rent from her again!

Lovely place, good location , in a quiet cozy area, there is a grocery store in the house, near the beach and the park) beautiful courtyard, parking in a closed area is free) the hostess is a miracle,met, took me to the apartment, told me everything. I will definitely come back again

Wonderful apartment. Photos do not convey its size (and kitchen, and room, and bathroom are very spacious) and beauty. The large living room-bedroom overlooks the sea. The soft blue decor of the room and the panel with ships above the bed give it a marine touch. Big TV, comfortable mattress on the bed, nothing extra. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils and basic products. A very comfortable bathroom with a huge shower. The apartment is quiet, in a calm part of the resort area. Check-in and check-out without any problems. If you need space, a pleasant design, silence and a magnificent view of the sunrise over the sea - I recommend it.

Close to perfection! Clean and modern accommodation, in a Great Quality building! Next door is everything from the best of Odesa: - best beach! -the Best Gym! the best trading centers! - close to downtown and more! For my vacations to this home I leave without any doubt!

It was nice to stay in Irina's apartment, there are all the necessary household appliances, a good view from the window. Iryna is a sociable, pleasant woman, she told me everything and gave me tips.

My stay at this apartment was excellent. The apartment is very modern and classy. It’s a great environment to chill and relax, with plenty of space to move around, and has a comfortable bed. It’s a real gentleman’s apartment, a place I felt proud to be in. The hosts kept in regular contact about cleaning, and they were easy to get in touch with if there were any issues (simply via WhatsApp). It had everything I needed. And just quick walk to Arcadia. And far enough away not to have much noise at night. Will def come back there again!

We warned for arrival 2 hours in advance, then called 20 minutes and then still waited for 15 minutes in the yard, not knowing when we would be met, because it was almost impossible to get a call. The owner explained that the phone was on a phoneless, because the child, but the arrival time was known in advance. It would be much more convenient to contactless check-in through a key box. • Waking in April after a cold, the apartment was very cold, the thermometer on the radiator showed 12 degrees. One room has an electric heater, but it was very cold in the kitchen and other room. • There is no tea,
