Place class! Nice views, comfy house! Everything is set up for life, the grill works. If something wasn't there, they brought it in the evening. We came to clean a couple of times. There were problems with the water pressure and sometimes a little noise the inverter in the pantry, everything else is super!

Very beautiful and well-maintained house, furniture in good condition. It was convenient for the company to have two bathrooms. The view from the window is simply incredible👍🏻 The hostess is always in touch, helps with any questions

Great place on top of a mountain. An ideal location for those who want to be alone, in peace, enjoy nature and magical views. The house is very cozy, stylish, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I want to go back there again

We rested at Oleksandr's house, a family of 11 people. We liked everything, everyone had a place to stay. Very convenient grill, and a neat area. A lot of dishes for cooking and drinks. We didn't use the pool because it was cool. Oleksandr is a very nice person, and he helped us with all the issues. It is also possible to buy charcoal for the grill. Great place to relax!

Our trip and stay in the apartment were unusual! Stylish, clean, cozy apartment with sea view! Convenient location (supermarket, park within walking distance), 10 minutes to Arcadia and other interesting areas of Odessa. I really liked it! Super location, very nice, clean apartment, which has literally everything you need to live - like in a hotel. An extremely good host - responds quickly, understands the situation, allows you to check out later if necessary. The impressions are the best, if we will be in Lviv - we will definitely stay here!

incredibly atmospheric apartment! 💖 as soon as you get inside, you feel cozy and want to stay there. Everything is perfectly clean, there are many interesting details in the interior and many things for interaction (vinyl player, books, board games). also, there is everything necessary for living (a variety of dishes and cutlery, everything for personal hygiene, even washing powder; the clothes dryer conquered us). the only small inconvenient detail - water in the bathroom, maybe it was possible to put out only ice or boiling water, and the pressure was low, but it is unlikely that the owners can somehow influence it, because the house is very old. and what an incredible courtyard in this old house! You can feel the real soul of Odessa. We made friends with local cats (if you stay in this apartment, be sure to treat the tails with fresh water and food) thank you for the incredibly sincere and fast communication to the owners. I recommend this house to everyone! 💞

Thank you for your hospitality. I really liked everything. This apartment is perfect for two people, has everything you need, wifi, hairdryer, iron, microwave, kettle, etc. The room has a beautiful old stove, the ceilings are high, with a view of the classic Lviv courtyard from the balcony.

Wonderful, atmospheric apartment with a good location. A big plus is having a speaker for music and a good library. It's also convenient that there was a flexible check-in time.

The apartment itself is very comfortable, modern, and with a great view of the city. location-wise it’s within walking distance to parks and city center. Nataliya was an amazing host, very attentive and quick to respond, and made sure everything was well-taken care of throughout my stay. Definitely recommended!
