Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ukraine

This was my second time staying at Dima's and it was even better than the first :) The location is perfect (central, 5 minute walk to all the best highlights of Kyiv, plenty of cafes, coffee shops and groceries around) and the apartment is beautiful, with everything you need - but the real gem is Dima. He will go out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Before check-in, he picked up my luggage, stored it, and delivered it to the apartment while I was out. Treated me to coffee and dessert, had the apartment cleaned during my 3-week stay, and had fresh flowers and wine as a welcome back gift! He truly cares so much about his guests and you can see that his dream is to open a small hotel and make people's stay in Kyiv as warm and welcoming as possible. You can also text him any time for anything! About the apartment: - Large, bright, clean bathroom with unlimited hot water - Large, comfortable bed - The hallway is perfect to shelter in during air raids ;) 10/10!

Excellent location, the house has a closed well-maintained area with a playground. To the sea and the promenade with entertainment, 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment is clean, neat with all the necessary things and dishes. Clean mattress and fresh textiles (bedding, towels). Everything works perfectly, no foreign smells. Good soundproofing. The apartment also has a balcony where you can drink coffee,looking at the sea and the local surroundings:) The hostess is beyond praise! Attentive, responsive and pleasant to communicate with:) I definitely recommend!

I was most satisfied with my stay in this place , I liked everything and was at the highest level ,I advise you to stay, very maximum comfort in all senses

everything went great, the apartment is clean, the host is friendly and polite. I liked that he responds quickly. the only unpleasant moment was that we were awakened by a drill at 8:30 in the morning right in the wall, the house is new, so someone was doing repairs, we told the host about it and he was ready to quickly resolve this issue. first, he wrote in the house chat with a request not to do it so early, and secondly, if it happened again, he was ready to move to another apartment or reimburse the money so that we could move to another apartment ourselves. so I liked everything about the communication. it was also nice that I didn't have to think about water, a large bottle with water was right in the apartment. thank you! By the way, there are several coffee shops with delicious coffee and a cafe "Spilka" with delicious breakfasts right in the house.

Great apartment. Secure and, clean and has everything for the short or long term stay. Beautiful park just nearby. Groceries and places for breakfast around. Easy to get to the beach side.

Ivan is a wonderful host. It is clearly not easy to travel to or around Ukraine and present and he was responsive to all of our questions which went far beyond the usual questions one might have of a host! If you are looking for somewhere to stay near Odesa, whether as a break from the city or as an out of town base from which to commute, this is excellent.

Very tidy house with nice grounds. The location is convenient, everything is nearby. The house is cozy and pleasant. There is everything you need, everything is in good condition, all appliances work. Host responds quickly. Had a nice and comfortable stay at this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and cozy home! The fireplace made for such a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the clear instructions for everything in the house made our stay seamless. The linens and towels were spotless, as were the bathroom and kitchen, which was also well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and recharge, surrounded by peace and nature. A short 20min drive to Bukovel and some great restaurants within 10 minutes made exploring the area easy. There’s also a nearby bus stop for convenience, though we didn’t use it. Thank you for hosting us in such a lovely space – we truly appreciated the thoughtful decor and the tranquility of the surroundings.

The apartment itself is very comfortable, modern, and with a great view of the city. location-wise it’s within walking distance to parks and city center. Nataliya was an amazing host, very attentive and quick to respond, and made sure everything was well-taken care of throughout my stay. Definitely recommended!

I recommend this option of the apartment for those who travel with their own car. There is free parking in the yard, 10 minutes by car to the center of Lviv. The apartment has a great view of the city center, especially those who like to meet the sunrise. There are grocery stores in the yard and a pizzeria nearby. Thank you to the owner for the wonderful place we met in the new 2025 :)

Apartment in the center of Lviv, everything is as in the photo. The sauna is in operation, and there is a separate workspace. In general, it is comfortable to live in, the kitchen has everything you need, a lot of dishes, a large dishwasher. Comfortable large shower, comfortable bed and mattress.
