Great Apartment and Great Host. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable all the time. The view from the apartment is just amazing. Definitely would come back again and recommend everyone to stay at this place.

Wonderful apartment! We were happy. The apartment is close to the sea and close to everything you need. The apartment is clean with wonderful flowers. In real life, the apartments are more beautiful than in the photos. Hostess was very thoughtful and friendly. Would definitely go back there again!

This private apartment is just steps away from Arcadia beach and all the excitement of Ibiza. Yet is is a quiet location where you can enjoy peace an tranquility, following a great evening of entertainment or a day under a beach umbrella.

Place was amazing right exactly what I was looking for (jacuzzi and sea view). Host was very helpful and flexible in my case. Me and my family visited Odessa in January and it was just perfect chilling in the very hot jacuzzi with snowfall outside. Jacuzzi is big enough for 4 people same as the terrace. Better place to celebrate my Birthday this year I couldn’t even imagine. Дякую

As a return customer, my expectations were once again exceeded. The Shokolad is a great place to stay. Warm friendly staff, clean rooms, good security, very good food and drink menu. I give the Shokolad hotel my highest recommendation and would stay there again if I plan to go to Zatoka.

We did not stay because of the war. Just wanted to support Nataliya, Odesa, and all of Ukraine. Stand Strong Ukraine!

Excellent vacation. The house fully corresponds to the description and has everything you need to stay. Anna, a very polite hostess, with whom we quickly discussed all the details. The only thing is that there are only two bedrooms on the second floor with 5 beds for 7 people.

The world stands with Ukraine and its people. I pray for the safety of the people and hope peace returns to their beautiful country.

Cozy, comfortable apartment, I really liked it. Located in a quiet yard, 7-10 minutes walk to the beach; next to a beautiful boulevard where you can sit in the evening. The city center is about 10 minutes away in a calm step. The hostess is very friendly and responsive. There is only a pleasant impression of your stay.

We didn't actually stay because of the Aggressive Russians and their War on Ukraine. We hope we will be able to visit someday. Communication with Karolina during this time has been wonderful.

Quite, peaceful, cozy place. The cabin is plunged in greenery. From the veranda there is a wonderful sea view. There is everything you need for a vacation. Clean. Quick response from hosts to questions.

Spacious apartment with modern renovation and beautiful sea view, as well as a huge balcony🥰 The location is top, there are many establishments nearby, the sea is 15 minutes away. Already lived here 2 times and will return again🙌🏼

Wonderful apartment - everything is new, fresh , renovated /furniture/appliances are of high quality , as - we did everything for themselves . Anna is a very attentive host, she met everyone at the time , helped at any request , drove to the market for groceries - (thank you again Anna for the warm hospitality :)) Regarding the location , the apartment is next to the hotel and three restaurants. In coastal restaurants they cook very tasty , but also the price tag is corresponding ( soups 60-80 UAH, salads from 120, hot from 150-350) . There is a cheaper restaurant, but we have never been there. There are 3 swimming pools (including children's) on the territory of the complex, if you are not lucky with the warm sea, you can swim in them :) . There are no shops within a walking distance, you need to go to the Carolina Bugas market for all the groceries. If there is no car, Anna will definitely take you there. The beach is clean, wide , there are tents and sunbeds . For the kids there are 3 playgrounds , 2 on the beach and under the awnings . In addition, it seems like a children's animator was even spotted on the weekend. The place is ideal for relaxing in a comfortable environment , for privacy , with children . Pleasant moment - unnecessary incomprehensible people with "bottled beer" were not noticed:)

We stayed with a large group, everything was great, a lot of space, a lot of space, well-maintained and neat. Sauna and summer pool are clean. It was pleasant to communicate with the host Yuri. I recommend.
