Our two-level apartment is on the 3rd floor (there is no elevator) in a quiet courtyard in the heart of Odessa - two blocks from Deribasovskaya, a few blocks from the sea and a 10-minute walk from Odessa Privoz. At your disposal there is a full-equipped kitchen studio with a comfortable sofa on the first floor, and on the second floor- a large sleeping-living room with a panoramic window and access to a wonderful green terrace from where you can admire the sunset. Recently, eco-loft repairs have been carried out using wood and environmentally friendly materials.

The apartments are under security (when leaving the apartment you can set the alarm for your apartment using the remote control, and you can also call security by pressing two AB buttons on the remote control, there is also 24-hour video surveillance in the lobby)
