Моє помешкання вирізняється чудовим розташуванням у затишному та зеленому районі поруч із Парк Перемоги.У пішій доступності знаходиться відомий курортний район Аркадія та узбережжя Чорного моря. До пляжу можна дійти приблизно за 20 хвилин спокійної прогулянки. По дорозі та поруч із будинком є багато затишних кав’ярень, ресторанів і магазинів.У будинку є два рівні підземного паркінгу , є можливість зняти місце за окрему плату ! Біля дома є гостева безкоштовна парковка. Укриття в паркінгу !!
