Lediglich eine Straße trennt Dich von der unbeschreiblichen Natur.

Nestled in the heart of the Lower Saxony Elbe Floodplain Biosphere Reserve, a lovingly designed tiny house awaits you, inviting you to linger with its personal touch and thoughtful details. Just a ten-minute walk from idyllic Lake Sumter, it combines nature-focused living with modern comforts. The bright living area has been designed using natural materials, and large windows create a harmonious connection with the surrounding nature, so you'll feel right at home straight away.

Welcome to beautiful Ratzeburg! You will stay in the "old mill" in Ratzeburg and thus in one of the oldest buildings in the city. The apartment was furnished in 2023. You will stay quietly yet centrally. The lakes are only about 300 meters away and the city center is also within walking distance. The size of the apartment is about 33 square meters. Small but nice ;-) However, the kitchen does not have an oven. There is a private parking space and you can also sit outside

The surrounding area in the Schaalsee biosphere reserve is ideal for cycling, hiking and birdwatching. The house has everything you need for rest and relaxation. A bright, cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, a view of nature, a sauna and a spacious covered terrace that can be used in any weather.

Our vacation home is located on Lake Schaalsee, in a dreamy little bay surrounded by nature. The modernly furnished terraced house offers 72 sqm of space for the whole family. On a second property (directly on the lake), which you can reach on a short path, you will find a jetty and rowboat which is available to you from May 1 to October. Fishing from the jetty and from the boat is possible. Garden furniture and a bathing ladder are provided. Sauna (extra charge)

Relax on the terrace, in the bathtub or in the comfortably furnished and fully equipped living and dining area with a wood-burning stove. The accommodation is barrier-free. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach shops, restaurants and small shops with village charm. Bispingen offers many leisure activities such as the ski hall, the go-kart track and extensive cycling and hiking trails through the Lüneburg Heath. Heide Park Soltau is only 20 minutes away by car.

During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.

This cosy and also super centrally located apartment is in the heart of the beautiful state capital Schwerin, making it the ideal starting point for trips or excursions of any kind. With its 2.5 light-filled rooms, the apartment offers enough space for up to six people.

A wooden house built in 2019 in Scandinavian style near Zarrentin am Schaalsee (about 4 km to the beach) with modern furnishings and a large sun terrace facing south. The vacant room will be equipped with 2x 90 cm beds until it is rented, which can be put together as needed. There is also a spacious carport with a parking space. More cars can park on the property.
