Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

Ratzeburg am Biotop

You will be staying in an energy self-sufficient passive house built in 2015. The energy comes only from the sun in summer. Arrival also by bus from Hamburg Wandsbek directly to Ratzeburg or by the Hamburg Transport Association local transport via Büchen/Mölln with a large-area ticket ABCDE. Alternatively, regional train from Kiel via Lübeck to Ratzeburg. The bus stops 3 minutes' walk from the senior citizens' residence.
