Lovely well equipped and clean lodge in a great location with lovely views over the lake. The hot tub was terrific.

Such an amazing stay, I couldn’t recommend this Airbnb enough! The location is perfect for disconnecting and relaxing, the pod is beautiful with great amenities. We loved the outdoor facilities and making the most of the countryside. Made a very special birthday trip. Would definitely love to come back again - thank you!

Wow! We had an incredible stay at the Cabin @ Atlow Mill. The whole set up at Atlow Mill is beautiful and without fault. James was helpful from the start, sending us clear instructions, information and even offering flexible check in. When we arrived, James greeted us - even insisting on carrying our suitcases to the cabin ☺️. James showed us around the cabin, explained where everything was and showed us how to use everything. James also provided really helpful tips for walking routes, parking, where to eat etc. The cabin itself is immaculate, finished to an incredibly high standard and well stocked with all you could need - even Prosecco ☺️. As per one of James’ recommendations, we walked across the sheep fields into Hognaston and enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Red Lion. We also enjoyed a trip to Carsington with a long walk around the reservoir. We could not praise or recommend the cabin at Atlow Mill, and James & Chloe as hosts, more highly. We hope to be back again soon!

Excellent 2 night stay for my partner's 40th birthday. A no fuss easy check in with the details that had been provided by Katie and Ben. The lodge was clean, comfortable and the hot tub was very relaxing. Would say that the hot tub we had at Pollen would have been better with steps like the one at nectar but still wasn't a big issue. Percy the peacock was very loud at times but also very friendly. He would come to see us now and again and he was happy to take a few nachos off us. All in all a great 2 night break, very relaxing and well worth what we paid. Would recommend and stay here again. Also Katie was very easy to contact and quick to reply she even helped put me onto someone who could sort some birthday balloons and banners. Big thanks to Ben and Katie. We had a lovely stay at Pepperwood pods, the check-in instructions were clear and we had a wonderful time celebrating my partners birthday. We were offered to check-in earlier for £20, which I think is a bit expensive so we turned this down. The hot tub was fab and kept warm the whole time - would definitely stay again!

We had a great time and the cabin is in such a beautiful location. Watson was fantastic and very friendly showing us around and getting everything set up for us. Would love to come back!

such a peaceful place. surprisingly quiet and feel like you have as far as the eye can see to yourself (but a handy spa hidden behind the trees) fresh eggs replace each day from honesty box. horses happy and healthy. read the finding instructions! or else you will end up at a sealed off poultry zone and not able to drive through

The stay we had a the Cabin was our first time away together. The cabin was spotless and the scenery was magical. The whole experience was just perfect and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thank you so much.

I had a great few days at Lisa's Studio. The studio was spotlessly clean, it is compact in its design but had everything that I needed for a comfortable stay, it was also in a very quiet and peaceful location. It was the perfect base for exploring Bempton Cliffs which are only a 25-minute walk away. Lisa was an excellent host; she responded quickly to any queries I had and gave me excellent recommendations about visiting the cliffs and local amenities.

The lodge is lovely with an amazing view over the lake, we sat in the hot tub watching the birds on the lake it was so peaceful. Great place to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday with our family and dog. Immaculate home with a real homely feel. Great kitchen to cook in too.

Really enjoyed our stay at the cabin, my family had a wonderful time and could not recommend this place enough. Liz was great at communicating with us throughout our stay, she was lovely and welcoming. We definitely plan on staying again, perfect place for a quiet and relaxing break.

Vicky is a wonderful host, was always responsive to messages and didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile for me when I had special requests for our stay. The location is amazing with a railway station right at the back of the lodge. Inside the lodge itself was beautiful and very clean and the highlight for me and my fiancée was the hot tub. We absolutely loved our stay there and had the absolute best time and cannot wait to return there in the future.

Nicky’s cabin was a gem and the perfect way to spend a relaxed weekend. The place was peacefully secluded. Tucked away surrounded by trees. Super cosy interior and serene surroundings. Nicky was a warm, responsive host who made everything easy. We left feeling recharged and already thinking of a future visit.

Saw Callum the host out whilst in the evening - this dudes got some great moves, and an even more fantastic lodge! The lodge has everything you need - mostly because Callum built it all himself - he’s thought of everything. It’s easy to access and check-in, cool decor and open living space, nice amount of privacy despite being in the garden of someone’s house, loved our stay here!

Wow, what an amazing experience Anthony and Ed, the place is amazing so beautiful and peaceful if you want a weekend getaway without hassle this is the place to come! Clean, quite and lovely definitely a nice place to enjoy visit 100%

Unbelievable stay. I am a sucker for romantic hideaways with hot tubs! Have done loads but this place trumps everyone! My partner’s birthday- Katie decorated it as a surprise! Did not expect that. Luxurious, beautiful little touches throughout the lodge. The views to die for. Extremely comfortable. Perfect nights sleep. Quiet. Planning to return soon as want to visit Castleton and hope valley. Definitely well worth booking ❤️

We have just got home, after a lovely 2 night stay at the Kingfisher cabin. The cabin is beautiful and in the most relaxing setting - set in the middle of the woods, over looking a small lake. Very peaceful and surrounded by wildlife ❤️ The cabin was modern, clean and everything was to a high standard. The sauna and hot bath (lovely and warm) were fantastic and like a mini spa in the middle of the forest. We would love to come back for another stay x x

What an amazingly peaceful spot this is! The cabin is perfect for a short relaxing trip away. The views are spectacular and the surrounding countryside perfect for anyone who enjoys nature. We came accross rabbits, deer and squirrels within the woods around the property. The Cabin was cosy and perfect for 2 and full of great touches including books, games and a nice little record collection. Although we hardly saw them James and Helen were really friendly and hospitable. James even gave us a lift to the village when we were checking out.
