The cosy space is newly renovated and designed for a perfect home away from home experience. To the rear of the property is a direct footpath to the Pennine Bridle Way. Just a few minutes walk will immerse you in stunning panoramic views where you can take in the wild and rugged beauty of the Yorkshire moors. You won't believe Manchester is so close.

Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. A friendly place to stay in North Yorkshire

The Cottage is self-contained, with excellent facilities, furnishings, a private patio, access to the garden and off road parking. A lockable shed is available for cycles and there is space for cars and m'bikes to be parked off road. One medium/2 small dogs welcome, contact host. Situated between the North York Moors and Yorkshire Dales National Parks and close to the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty there is plenty to do and see in the area. Richmond, market town is close by .

*The Vicarage Annexe, Carlton, North Yorks 1BR S/C

The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

Shed End, in 18th century Lothersdale Mill

In the Weaving Shed of an attractive former textile mill, on the Pennine Way in North Yorkshire. The small rural valley of Lothersdale is five miles from Skipton and on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We offer bikes, many country walks, and the excellent water comes from an aquifer (no chemical treatment). Popular tourist towns of Skipton and Haworth are nearby. * Shed End and my other place, The Workshop, are in the same building.

The Studio

The Studio is nestled in the heart of the North Yorkshire moors, surrounded by rolling hills and lush woodlands. This cosy apartment is fully equipped with its own double bedroom, living area, kitchenette, and private outdoor decked patio. Sleights is approximately 3 miles from the quaint seaside town of Whitby, renowned for the gothic novel ‘Dracula’, its stunning Norman Abbey, and delicious fish and chips. This countryside haven is the perfect escape from the rush and stress of city life.

Cosy rural cottage in National Park

Come and stay in the beautiful village of Rosedale Abbey in the spectacular North Yorkshire Moors National Park. Moo’s is our converted stone cottage with a lovely living kitchen with cast iron stove and a vintage country feel. A handmade turned staircase leads up to the en-suite bedroom with metal bed stead and roll top bath. Adjacent there is a spacious covered patio area with seating, dining and storage, which looks across to an outdoor patio with fruit trees seating and parking space.

Stay in a beautifully restored 1777 Annex with 9 acres of countryside to explore. Cosy bedroom with wooden beams, French doors to wildflower meadows, and a moon gate leading to rolling hills. Relax in the hot tub with panoramic views (wildlife spotting included!), picnic under our 100 year-old oak tree, or enjoy the quirky honesty-bar kitchen. Close to Manchester, Leeds, Halifax, and charming Yorkshire villages, perfect for a peaceful escape with a touch of magic (hot tub £30 per night)

This comfortable studio with amazing views, lots of outdoor space, walks from the doorstep and pubs with good food nearby is perfect for couples looking to re-charge their batteries in a rural location. It has a well-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, White Company linen, underfloor heating with independent controls, it's own combi-bolier for hot water, tv and wi-fi. It is on the edge of the Peak District with many local attractions, such as Chatsworth and Hardwick Hall.

Set in the glorious Peak District in a rural and peaceful location is our lovely self contained studio. Glorious views and walks over rolling countryside. Close to Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall. With the popular wedding venue (Peak Edge Hotel ) within walking distance and the beautiful market towns of Bakewell, Matlock and Chesterfield (with its famous crooked spire) close by you can easily explore the Peak District from here. Perfect for the Chatsworth Christmas market.

A private, self-contained, en-suite annex, next to the River Wye, in a tranquil setting. Direct access to covered decking area & shared garden so you can enjoy the water, wildlife and countryside. Food prep area with fridge, microwave, sink, kettle & toaster. Plenty of walks from the doorstep, cycle routes and climbing opportunities. Perfectly located to explore the Peak District. Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.

Countryside location near to York

Nestled in the countryside just outside York, 'The Kennel' is a relaxing and peaceful retreat. This small but perfectly formed self-contained annex is set in three acres of newly planted woodland in which you can often see the Barn, Tawny and Little Owls visiting to be fed from the feeding posts, garden, small orchard, wildlife pond and apiary housing up to 4 beehives which provide us with some delicious honey. To the rear of the property is a Whisky and Gin Distillery.
