Welcome to a newly-built cottage in natural materials in Österlen. The cottage is located in pine forest about 200 meters from the sea and one of Sweden's most beautiful sandy beaches. The plot is located on a cul-de-sac, which means minimal car traffic by the house. One bedroom with 180 cm double bed and plenty of shelves for storage. Bathroom with shower and sink. Living room/kitchen with double doors out to the balcony. Sofa bed 130 cm. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Loft with three 90 cm mattresses. Car can be charged at your own expense.

A good overnight accommodation, in a quiet and nice environment. You have about 700 meters to Sandstrand. At the beach, you have a nice restaurant, ice cream bar and miniature golf. If you want to make an excursion down to Österlen, it takes 30 minutes by car. Included: Bedding Toilet paper and paper towels Hand towel and shower towel Dishwashing liquid, dish brush and dish towel. You do a simple final cleaning. Wash dishes and throw away garbage and bed linens, along with towels, put in the washing machine There are 2 simple bicycles.

Sit back and relax in our nice guest house, which is connected to our accommodation, where you have a secluded place on a shared wooden deck. About 700 meters to the sandy beach, where you have a nice restaurant, ice cream bar and miniature golf. Included: Bed sheets Toilet paper and paper towels Dish towel Dishwashing liquid and dishwashing brush You wash dishes and put things back where they should be, and throw away garbage. Remove the bed linens that are placed on the bed. We do the final cleaning. The cabin is pet-free and non-smoking.

Here you can enjoy sun, swimming and barbecue evenings, as well as explore the beautiful surroundings of Österlen. A place of total relaxation and wonderful memories! Bed linen, (electric) bicycles and tennis court can be rented.

Newly-built small cottage with high standards and access to cozy patio under pergola. Yngsjö has one of Sweden's best sandy beaches. A wide beach that stretches for miles to both the north and south. The beach is close, about a 5-minute walk away. And often you can hear the sound of the sea on the patio. The area has a calm, relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Deer, squirrels and hares are often seen on the property.

Relax with the whole family in this nice place. Here you have a small cottage of 35 sqm with its own terrace, sofa bed (140 cm) for 2 smaller children or 1 teenager or 1 adult as well as a bedroom with double bed 160 cm, the cottage is a little private on the other side of the courtyard from the Big House "Gamla Skolan" about 1500 m to the sea. This accommodation allows dogs.
