Welcome to a newly-built cottage in natural materials in Österlen. The cottage is located in pine forest about 200 meters from the sea and one of Sweden's most beautiful sandy beaches. The plot is located on a cul-de-sac, which means minimal car traffic by the house. One bedroom with 180 cm double bed and plenty of shelves for storage. Bathroom with shower and sink. Living room/kitchen with double doors out to the balcony. Sofa bed 130 cm. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Loft with three 90 cm mattresses. Car can be charged at your own expense.

Welcome to our beachfront oasis at the gateway to Österlen! The accommodation was completely renovated in 2023 and is only 800 meters from the beach, offering a cozy barbecue area and stunning views. Perfect for couples or small families looking for relaxation and proximity to nature. Here you can enjoy sun, swimming and barbecue evenings, as well as explore the beautiful surroundings of Österlen. A place of total relaxation and wonderful memories! Bed linen, (electric) bicycles and tennis court can be rented.

Här får du lugn, frisk luft och närhet till naturen och havet endast 5 minuter bort. Tyst och rogivande läge Fina möjligheter till promenader i naruren. Passar både för par eller ensamma. Här bor du med skogen som närmaste granne och den fina stranden. Stugan ligger i ett lugnt område, där dom flesta husen är sommar hus. Stugan är utrustad med luftkonditionering.

It has a fantastic location by the water, is about 35 sqm and has an equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, one bedroom with bunk bed and one living room with sofa bed. The cottage has a small patio and private parking. Close to fantastic nature and the sea. Canoe is available to borrow for those who wish.

Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Within walking distance is the Havsbadsrestaurangen. Right next to the plot, there are marked trails for those who want to experience the pine forest and exercise. Walking distance to tennis court and cycling distance to Åhus and Österlen for those who want to explore. Simply enjoy!

Ett bra övernattnings boende, i lugn och fin miljö. Du har ca. 700 m till Sandstrand. Vid stranden har du en fin restaurang, glassbar och minigolf. Vill du göra en utflykt ner till Österlen tar det 30 min med bil. Ingår: Sängkläder Toa o Hushållspapper Handduk o duschhandduk Diskmedel, diskborste och disk handduk. Du gör en enklare slutstädning. Diskar och kastar sopor samt bäddar av sängkläder, tillsammans med handdukar läggs tvättmaskinen

Welcome to cozy Yngsjö! Here you can enjoy the tranquility with direct proximity to forest and sea. From the accommodation, it is 200 meters to a several-kilometer-long sandy beach with shallow water. From Yngsjö, you have a good starting point to get to and around Österlen. If you want a wider range of grocery stores, restaurants, bars and pastry shops, Åhus is about 7 kilometers away. There is a bike path all the way between Yngsjö and Åhus.

Nu hyr vi ut vårt attefallshus "Lillstugan"som ligger på vår tomt bland tallar och havsbrus. Stugan byggdes 2021. Den ligger endast ca 150 m från havet och en fantastisk strand. Restaurang 1135 ligger på gångavstånd och på sommaren finns minigolf och tennisbanor nära.
