Very nice appartment with a great view. The hosts were kind their hospitality was great. They even run a restaurant downstairs, were you can eat the most delicious greek food. We already miss them at the airport.

Maria and Nikos were very communicative friendly hosts and the apartment is comfortable, centrally located and it is as it appears on the listing. They make contact well before arrival and provide very clear instructions to locate the property and check in. Thanks Maria and Nikos.

We had a wonderful stay at Yola’s place. It’s clean, renovated, with traditional Greek charm and views forever from the main balcony and a 4 min walk to town. Yola was very communicative and accommodating from the start. We’ll be back!

A pleasure to deal with. Eager to help including fitting a mattress topper as we found bed fairly firm ( personal taste!) Allowed us to stay on until we left for our late flight. A gentleman who always responded very quickly. Highly recommend.

toller Gastgeber, Wohnung wird sehr gut gepflegt, Schlafzimmer ruhig gelegen. Klimaanlage haben wir nicht gebraucht, war kühl genug im Oktober. Mano ist immer erreichbar, falls Fragen sind. auch die tips von Mano, sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar, keine 5m zum Strand, es laufen auch nicht so viele Leute vorbei, da es ziemlich am Ende liegt. Wenn wir wieder nach Kos kommen, dann da hin!!!

Oskar, in line with what everyone else has said, is an attentive and generous host, always ready to help. Even picking us up from the port on Kalymnos at 2330 (and dropping us off for our crossing back to Kos). He takes real pleasure in hosting and I strongly recommend both him and his place! Wonderful.

Le logement proposé par Kalliopi est absolument superbe. Face a la mer, disposant d’une belle grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur Telendos. Le logement est très bien placé, juste à côté d’un petit market. Kalliopi a été adorable avec nous tant à notre arrivée qu’à notre départ. Il y a de délicieux restaurants à proximité, de belles plages, des randonnées et évidemment des beaux secteurs d’escalade. Le logement est conforme à la description. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir la compagnie de deux chats absolument adorables (un blanc petit et un roux) pendant le séjour auxquels nous nous sommes fortement attachés, j’espère que vous aurez l’occasion de faire leur connaissance également. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés. Merci Kalliopi.

Anne Marie kibar ve iyi bir ev sahibi.Giris ve çıkışlarda bizi çok iyi bilgilendirdi. Ev tıpkı resimlerde olduğu gibi, şık ve oldukça temiz. İhtiyaç duyacağınız araç gereçlerin neredeyse tümü mevcut. Bahcesi bakimli ve çocuklar için harika, merdivenler biraz yorabilir. Bahçede barbekü olanağı bulunuyor. Her odada klima mevcut ve çocuklu aileler için çok kullanışlı bir ev. Nem oranı neredeyse yok denecek kadar ve geceleri klimasız sadece cam açarak uyuyabilirsiniz. Camlarda sineklik mevcut. 2 banyo olmasi 6 kişilik konaklamalar için oldukça konforlu. Deniz Ağustos ayında çok temiz ve berrak hızlı derinleşmiyor altı yuvarlak taş ve çakıl, plajı cakil-taş. Sabahları deniz sakın öğleden sonra rüzgara göre dalga miktari artıyor. Çocuklar için sıcak bir deniz. Plaj sakın sanki size ait ve özel hissediyorsunuz. Bizim için çok keyifli ve güzel bir tatildi. Öncelikle Ömer Beye teşekkür ederiz bize hemen her konuda yardımcı oldu. Ev aynı resimlerdeki gibi muhteşem manzarası var, muhteşem bahçesi var mobilyaları güzel ve 3 tane klima var. Yaşamak için gerekli olan her şey mevcut, insan kendini gerçekten evinde hissediyor. Gelelim olumsuz ufak şeylere, malesef mutfakta herşey çok kirliydi baya bi bulaşık vs yıkamayla geçti günümüz ve en can sıkıcı nokta suyun tuzlu akması. Yemeklere vs hiç bir şeye musluk suyu kullanılamıyor, yüz yıkarken bile sorunlu. Pilajı malesef yürüyerek ulaşılamıyor, sadece arabayla. Yoksa pilajda şezlong vs rahat bulunuyor suyu da dalga durumuna göre gayet temiz. Dalgalı olursa çok çöp var malesef. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık herşey güzeldi. Ulaşım biraz kötü olsada arabayla sıkıntı olmuyor. Çamaşır teli kırık onu değiştirilirse iyi olur. Sakin bi tatil isteyenlere kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz. ☺️

What an amazing place, and what an amazing host! The house is ideal, with everything you could need and more, and the location - whilst remote - is simply stunning. There is everything you need close by too, with a big and affordable supermarket down the road, beaches and restaurants close and public transport surprisingly convenient (into Bodrum and the fantastic Milas). Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere as nice… David and his cohost Erhan were proactive, helpful and beyond generous too. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Ev sahibi, öncesinde ve sonrasında misafir olmadığı için ekstra kalmamızı teklif etti ve sayesinde daha uzun tatil yaptık. Sanki Airbnb kiralamadık da arkadaşımızın evinde misafir olduk. Çok teşekkürler, tekrar geldiğimizde umarım boş olur ev :)

Harika bir yer, denize sıfır ve çok huzurlu. Yazılan imkanlara sahip ve aynı fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi. Handan Hanım ve Galip Bey’e kibar, yardımsever davranışları çok teşekkürler. Bahçedeki tavukları ve çok tatlı köpekleri Çinko ve Marko ile harika bir tatildi. Düşünen herkese öneririm. Sonraki seyahatlerimizde umarım tekrar denk geliriz.

We booked at last minute and we were very happy to if found this lovely villa Communication was very easy and quick and we were met and given the key. The house was very clean and had everything you need to make it a great stay

The villa surrounds and hotel complex are beautiful and extremely pleasant to walk around (although note there are some quite steep hills). Everything you need is in the complex. The villa itself is very well decorated, clean and very easy to live in. The kitchen has everything you need and was immaculately clean. The host was responsive and was available at check-in to help us find the villa and settle in. We would definitely go back again.

Nice cozy place few minutes away from the sea. Beautiful view from the balcony. Perfect for calm holidays.

Everything about this stay was fantastic. The host was incredibly communicative and flexible — even allowing us a late checkout and providing an extra key for our family, which made things much easier. The flat was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfy beds and a great shower. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. The location was ideal: in a quiet, local area with great restaurants nearby, yet still within walking distance of the tourist spots and the harbour. A perfect balance of convenience and calm. We also appreciated the host’s local recommendations, which really enhanced our trip. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. Thank you for being such a great host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definite consider next time in Kos. The fish restaurant next door was amazing, ferries to Turkey & other activities are across the street. Easy walk or bike rides to sandy beaches. Highly recommend Stella’s place!

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

This place is truly special—tucked away with direct access to a beautiful, quiet beach that feels like your own little paradise. We were lucky that the apartment above was vacant during our stay, so we also got to enjoy the much larger terrace, which was a fantastic bonus! Maja is an incredibly kind, responsive, and generous host who made sure we had everything we needed. We spent a week here working remotely as a duo, and aside from a couple of brief WiFi hiccups, the connection held up well for video calls. Thanks again, Maja, for being so thoughtful and making our stay so smooth!

We had the most fantastic time here! Every detail was so thoughtful, from local snacks to beach towels. We would 100% stay here again, the location is fantastic, the view is stunning, and we felt truly looked after! Thank you for a brilliant stay!

Fiyat performans oteli bence. Apart tutmak isteyenler için birebir. Otel tadında tatil yaşadık. Denize sıfır ve havuzlu. Havuzu çok hijyenik. Özellikle tesis müdürü Kaan bey ve ekibi çok hoşgörülü kibar insanlar. Tavsiye ederim.

Wir waren eine Woche im Mai im Apartment und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Check-In Anweisungen waren sehr klar und Dimitri hat uns immer weiter geholfen, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Ein Startpaket an Kaffee wurde bereitgestellt und auch ein paar Snacks und eine Flasche Wein! Das Apartment befindet sich in Sichtweite zum Meer was sehr praktisch war. Es war eine tolle Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge mit dem Auto auf der Insel.
