The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen. In addition, the flat has his own open parking place. The location is within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, groceries, playgrounds, surf school and taxi station. Bodrum-Bitez minibuses pass right in front of the flat.

Our house was completely renovated in 2022 and has a modern architectural design. All rooms have a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea. There is an open kitchen living room and toilet on the first floor of our duplex house. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 dressing room, bathroom, and terrace balcony. It also has a bed to be used in the dressing room if needed. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony. In the summer, you can watch the day and sunset.
