We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. The property itself is spacious, with wide, open areas perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The outdoor space with the pool and the bar space upstairs (we didn’t use the bar but it is available if needed) were the highlight. Ebru, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive, always making sure we had everything we needed - friendly, attentive, and always available, she made our experience even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Natali, who assisted us throughout our stay! Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommended

We spent our holiday with great pleasure in this house, which is equipped with tasteful items with carefully selected decoration, and we love the sea and harbor view from the balcony as soon as we enter the house. Every detail that we have not even thought of has been thought out to the finest detail, everything you need from cleaning to cosmetics, from food to textiles is at your fingertips. Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

This is a very cozy, quiet apartment, in a closed area in the mountains. You come as if you were home. The view is gorgeous. You can walk to the sea. We came to the surf school, went there, we didn't go to the beach near the house, but it looks very beautiful.

Ebru's house is a short walk from the bustling waterfront, it is peaceful, with family living close by in a cosy atmosphere, it was a short distance to everywhere in Bodrum, a block away from the location of the Mausoleum of Halicarnasus, a wonder of the ancient world. my brother and I enjoyed staying there, would love to visit again one day

It was a great stay experience! This house we stayed in Zergülkent was a complete paradise! A balcony with a wonderful view, right by the bay… Morning coffee was nice, sunset was very enjoyable. The house was spotless and tidy. All the basic needs were considered, everything was complete in the kitchen. It is very nice in terms of location, transportation was extremely comfortable. The host was also very caring and kind, our communication was fast and smooth. We felt like we were at home. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and have a comfortable holiday. We'll come back with our eyes closed!

Perfect house, perfect host, perfect location. Great experience. It felt like a luxury hotel suite experience in each of the different areas created in its own home, peace, huge garden. The host made the start and last best for us with an excellent warm welcome and incredibly flexible time when we left. Not only the house but also the surrounding factors are in incredible harmony and beauty. Maybe the school right next door might bother you if you're going on a weekend vacation but there was an invisible sound wall for me. The house's own magic is enough to suppress all this sound. Not a sound you'll have a problem with. If I had a 2nd vacation plan in Kos, I would still prefer the same house.

Nicest sunset Host is communicative and helpful

Bodrum is an incredibly beautiful location for a holiday. We love Bodrum as a family. And I can definitely say that it was the most comfortable holiday we have had in Bodrum. The house was really just what it looked like in the photos, even more beautiful. We loved the sea view of the balcony. It was very enjoyable to meet in the view of the balcony on the morning. As mentioned on the site, it is quiet, calm and safe, walking down to the beach is not in a place like Bodrum. It was also a very big plus for us to get to the beach really easy and free. We also tried the restaurant in the compound; it was also very delicious. Some days we ate here without even needing to go out of the compound. The house was very clean (I can't stay in hotels because I'm a cleaning patient, so this part was very important to me). Everything we needed was available at home. We really enjoyed this period. The host was very caring and kind, helpful with everything. We will definitely be back.

Umut's house was a great find—comfortable, neat, very clean, and in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. We loved having a small market right next door run by a friendly old man who had everything we needed and was very convenient. The peaceful vibe and local feel were great. The only downside was that the house is a bit far from the marina, and taxis don’t pass by. We didn’t realise this before, and we didn’t have a car which was a bit hard, but that was our fault. Overall, we had a wonderful stay despite this small issue. Thank you so much Umut!!! :)

The house was nicer than in the photos. It was clean. Mr. Sertaç was very interested. Moreover, the television has arrived. The kitchen equipment was quite sufficient.

We had a great stay experience. The host offered us an extra stay because there were no guests before and after, and thanks to him, we had a longer holiday. It's as if we didn't rent Airbnb, but we were guests at our friend's house. Thank you very much, I hope it will be available when we come back:)

Everything was perfect. Dereköy was very peaceful and at the center of Bodrum. Host was always responsive and helpful. All the amenities were perfectly included and it was a great memory for us. We were greatful with everything and hope to stay here again.

House is exactly as described. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Rooms have air conditioning but the top floor terrace is a fantastic place to relax with a lovely breeze and a great view of the bay. The area is quiet and the house is in a gated compound with its own parking. We found really lovely places to eat and go for breakfast and evening meals very nearby. There are a few small convenience stores within walking distance to get bits. There is a bus service which was very close if you did not hire a car The area felt very safe. We really enjoyed staying at the house and glad we came to a quieter area but with easy access to busier places.

It's a wonderful place, right by the sea and very peaceful. It has the written features and is as shown in the same photos. Thank you very much for your kind and helpful behavior to Ms. Handan and Mr. Galip. It was a wonderful holiday with the chickens in the garden and the very sweet dogs Zinc and Marko. I recommend it to everyone who thinks. I hope we meet again on our next trips.

Incredible villa with the most amazing views! Erdinc was extremely helpful and responsive and we have the best time. His team helped organise taxis and gave lots of local recommendations. It’s at the top of a hill but you can walk to a nearby shop for groceries. A car would have been helpful to get around, but decided to use taxis. We planned on visiting more beach clubs but the pool and outside space was so amazing that we stayed at the villa most of the time! I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit!

Beautiful Villa with Incredible Views! We had an amazing stay at this stunning villa — every bedroom had breathtaking sea views! It's in a perfect location near Bodrum town centre, with great shops, restaurants, and beach bars nearby. The beds were super comfortable with quality linens, and we loved using the sauna and steam room. Melis was very helpful, and Muzzo and his wife were so kind and welcoming. A perfect place to relax and just be — highly recommended!

Great host and communication. Beautiful house, honestly better than the pictures. Difficult to reach like most other places in Bodrum, recommend to rent a car.

My family and I had a great stay. The home was spacious and the views were beautiful. The host was very responsive to any issues we had and sorted them very quickly. The home is slightly far from town and the main attractions of Bodrum. However it is perfect for a quiet and peaceful getaway. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting.
