Şükrü’s place is very comfortable and has great views. Communication with Şükrü was great. Apartment was clean. Shower head in the bathroom doesn’t work but we let the caretaker know. I recommend this place as its close to shops, sea, marina, bars and restaurants.

Very nice appartment with a great view. The hosts were kind their hospitality was great. They even run a restaurant downstairs, were you can eat the most delicious greek food. We already miss them at the airport.

Maria and Nikos were very communicative friendly hosts and the apartment is comfortable, centrally located and it is as it appears on the listing. They make contact well before arrival and provide very clear instructions to locate the property and check in. Thanks Maria and Nikos.

We had a wonderful stay at Yola’s place. It’s clean, renovated, with traditional Greek charm and views forever from the main balcony and a 4 min walk to town. Yola was very communicative and accommodating from the start. We’ll be back!

A pleasure to deal with. Eager to help including fitting a mattress topper as we found bed fairly firm ( personal taste!) Allowed us to stay on until we left for our late flight. A gentleman who always responded very quickly. Highly recommend.

Great host, Apartment is very well maintained, bedroom is quietly located. We didn't need air conditioning, it was cool enough in October. Mano is always available if there are any questions. also Mano's tips, highly recommended. The location is simply unbeatable, less than 5 meters to the beach, not so many people walk by, as it is quite at the end. If we come back to Kos, we'll go there!!!

Oskar, in line with what everyone else has said, is an attentive and generous host, always ready to help. Even picking us up from the port on Kalymnos at 2330 (and dropping us off for our crossing back to Kos). He takes real pleasure in hosting and I strongly recommend both him and his place! Wonderful.

The accommodation offered by Kalliopi is absolutely superb. Facing the sea, with a beautiful large terrace with a magnificent view of Telendos. The accommodation is very well located, right next to a small market. Kalliopi was lovely to us both when we arrived and when we left. There are delicious restaurants nearby, beautiful beaches, hiking and of course beautiful climbing areas. Listing is as described. We were lucky to have the company of two absolutely adorable cats (a small white and a red) during the stay to which we became strongly attached, I hope you will have the opportunity to meet them as well. Anne Marie is a kind and good host. She informed us very well at check-in and checkout. The house is just as it is in the pictures, stylish and quite clean. Almost all the tools you'll need are available. The garden is well-maintained and great for children, the stairs can get a little tired. There is a barbecue in the garden. Each room has air conditioning and is a very useful house for families with children. The humidity is almost non-existent, and you can only sleep at night without air conditioning by opening the glass. There are mosquito nets on the windows. There are 2 bathrooms and very comfortable for stays of 6 people. The sea does not deepen very clean and clear quickly in August, six round stones and gravel, the beach is cakil-stone. In the morning, the amount of waves increases according to the wind in the afternoon. A warm sea for children. The beach is yours and you feel private. It was a very pleasant and beautiful holiday for us. Thank you for the peaceful and perfect amenities and see you 😊 again

First of all, thank you Mr. Omer and he helped us with everything. The house has spectacular views just like the pictures, it has magnificent garden, the furniture is beautiful and there are 3 air conditioners. Everything necessary to live is available, one truly feels at home. Let's get to the negative little things, unfortunately everything was very dirty in the kitchen, a lot of dishes, etc. Our day was washed, and the most annoying thing is the salt flowing of the water. Tap water can't be used for food, etc., it's problematic even when washing a face. Unfortunately, it can't be reached on foot, just by car. Otherwise, there are sun loungers, etc. in the pilage, and the water is very clean according to the wave condition. If there is a wave, there is a lot of garbage. Overall, we were very satisfied and everything was nice. Although the transportation is a little bad, there is no problem with the car. The washing wire is broken would be fine if it was replaced. We would definitely recommend it to those who want a quiet holiday. ☺️

What an amazing place, and what an amazing host! The house is ideal, with everything you could need and more, and the location - whilst remote - is simply stunning. There is everything you need close by too, with a big and affordable supermarket down the road, beaches and restaurants close and public transport surprisingly convenient (into Bodrum and the fantastic Milas). Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere as nice… David and his cohost Erhan were proactive, helpful and beyond generous too. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

We had a great stay experience. The host offered us an extra stay because there were no guests before and after, and thanks to him, we had a longer holiday. It's as if we didn't rent Airbnb, but we were guests at our friend's house. Thank you very much, I hope it will be available when we come back:)

It's a wonderful place, right by the sea and very peaceful. It has the written features and is as shown in the same photos. Thank you very much for your kind and helpful behavior to Ms. Handan and Mr. Galip. It was a wonderful holiday with the chickens in the garden and the very sweet dogs Zinc and Marko. I recommend it to everyone who thinks. I hope we meet again on our next trips.

The villa surrounds and hotel complex are beautiful and extremely pleasant to walk around (although note there are some quite steep hills). Everything you need is in the complex. The villa itself is very well decorated, clean and very easy to live in. The kitchen has everything you need and was immaculately clean. The host was responsive and was available at check-in to help us find the villa and settle in. We would definitely go back again.

Everything about this stay was fantastic. The host was incredibly communicative and flexible — even allowing us a late checkout and providing an extra key for our family, which made things much easier. The flat was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfy beds and a great shower. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. The location was ideal: in a quiet, local area with great restaurants nearby, yet still within walking distance of the tourist spots and the harbour. A perfect balance of convenience and calm. We also appreciated the host’s local recommendations, which really enhanced our trip. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. Thank you for being such a great host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definite consider next time in Kos. The fish restaurant next door was amazing, ferries to Turkey & other activities are across the street. Easy walk or bike rides to sandy beaches. Highly recommend Stella’s place!

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

This place is truly special—tucked away with direct access to a beautiful, quiet beach that feels like your own little paradise. We were lucky that the apartment above was vacant during our stay, so we also got to enjoy the much larger terrace, which was a fantastic bonus! Maja is an incredibly kind, responsive, and generous host who made sure we had everything we needed. We spent a week here working remotely as a duo, and aside from a couple of brief WiFi hiccups, the connection held up well for video calls. Thanks again, Maja, for being so thoughtful and making our stay so smooth!

We had the most fantastic time here! Every detail was so thoughtful, from local snacks to beach towels. We would 100% stay here again, the location is fantastic, the view is stunning, and we felt truly looked after! Thank you for a brilliant stay!

There is no vehicle parking problem, the pool is sufficient and clean, the food and beverage prices are affordable, the employees are caring, the houses are clean, the furniture is renewed, the only thing missing is the mosquito net, I hope it will be installed, you know, the pointed mosquitoes!!!

We stayed in the apartment for a week in May and were very satisfied. The check-in instructions were very clear and Dimitri always helped us out if we needed anything. A starter pack of coffee was provided and also a few snacks and a bottle of wine! The apartment is in sight of the sea which was very convenient. It was a great base for excursions by car on the island.
