Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Yalıkavak

Very nice villa with a lovely garden and big pool, spacious living room and good sized bedrooms, and the terrace also offers a great view of the surrounding mountains. House is securely gated. The villa is very close (10min drive) to the famous Yalikavak Marina and only 30mins from main Bodrum town. Taxis are available via Yalikavak Taxi stand via call ut best to book in advance due to the villa being situated off the main road. Advise tenants to stock up on essential supplies beforehand as tap water not drinkable (Orhan was very helpful in driving us to the nearest convenience store at night, thank you!). House is well stocked and plenty of additional duvets if needed. There is delivery option available for food and groceries from Getir app, but always put extra instructions in the delivery address for the drivers to find the villa. Orhan helped us in any questions we had, and check-in and check-out was a smooth process. All in all a great stay in Yalikavak, we loved it!

Nice property in Bitez with sport corner and really well-kept territory. We had a very pleasant stay here. Personnel on reception was extremely responsive. Just couple of steps to perfection: 1) Remove the rule “2 devices per person” for internet – that was not convenient. 2) Improve quality of cleaning: for example, curtains smell like they were washed in 19-th century.

Très bel endroit, la Maison comme sur les photos je recommande vivement.

We loved our stay here so much! The apartment is big and has everything you need to cook + Netflix + a really nice balcony! It’s about a 50 min walk into the main town of Bodrum but there is also shops and restaurants close by! We would stay again for sure :)

10/10 recommend to stay at this hotel. We stayed for two nights during the weekend and enjoyed every part of it! -nice room with a pool view -super comfortable beds -amazing breakfast included -yoga/sports place But our favourite part of the stay was definitely cats! They live in the hotel garden/territory and they were so lovely and visited us on the balcony for some pets 🤍

This is a lovely, private flat just 5 minutes from the beach (and 10 minutes from a hidden beautiful bay.) it's on the end of a row of houses in a village, so very quiet. it's well equipped with overall quality gear. we cooked 2 out of every three meals here easily. Kaan was the perfect host, quickly responding to any questions we had. if you visit and like cats, please feel Spaghetti (the red cat we befriended 😊) overall super happy with the flat, the easy location to the beaches, the privacy and quiet, and the landlord Kaan. Who speaks perfect English by the way.

Datça, merkezde güzel bir tatil evi, plajlara ve çarşıya çok yakın. Tolga bey her konuda çok hızlı bir şekilde yardımcı oluyor.

Yoldaş beyin annesi Burcu hanım konaklamamızla ilgilendi. Kendisi güleryüzlü, cana yakın birisiydi. Evin konumu gayet iyi, bir kaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde bim, a101 gibi marketler var. Hastane altı plajına çok yakın. Evin önü aracınızı park etmek için uygun.

Öncelikle ev sahibimize buradan da teşekkür etmek isteriz herseyimizle ilgilendiler ve oldukça sıcak kanlı ve yardımseverlerdi. Bizim için sessiz sakin bi kaçamak oldu tekrardan kendileriyle görüşmek dileğiyle.

Eylül ayında hafif rüzgarlı ama çok güzel bir tatil yaptık . Gerek koyların sakinliği , gerek denizin güzelliği çok memnun kaldık. Ev sahibi de girişte olsun , tatil esnasında olsun her zaman ilgiliydi ve her sorumuza hızlı bir şekilde dönüş yaptı , yardımcı oldu . Tatil programımızı oluşturmamızda ev sahibinin büyük payı vardı , verimli bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladı . Evin bahçesi tamamen bize aitti ve çok rahattık . Ev de tertemizdi . Rezervasyon tarihimizden konaklamamızın bitişine kadar ev sahibimiz her konuda yardımcı oldu. Ev son derece temiz ve düzenliydi. Bölgeyle ilgili sorularımıza ev sahibimiz hep ilgili bir şekilde cevap verdi ve güzel önerilerde bulundu. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz 🌸

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. El apartamento es amplio y cómodo y estaba limpio y ordenado. Nurya fue muy amable y atenta con nosotras. La zona es tranquila y bien situada. En resumen, nos sentimos muy a gusto durante nuestra estancia.
