Mr. Onur's father, Mr. Mehmet, did not spare his support when I needed grocery shopping. Since the house is in a gated community outside the center, it will definitely be more comfortable to drive. They responded quickly to all my needs, thank you so much

We stayed in the house for a base to explore Kos. It is really well equipped house with everything down to the coffee pods and the shampoo. It’s spacious and light and in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s shops locally and you can walk into the town centre easily. A baker, supermarket and restaurant are all located within 5 minutes walk. I would stay here again if we return to Kos in the future

Super nice and clean place. We felt right at home. Communication and check-in and check-out was straightforward. The flat is centrally yet quiet. We 100% recommend the place.

An Absolutely Perfect Stay at Alexandros Villa in Kos! simply outstanding in every possible aspect. From the moment we arrived until our reluctant departure, we felt completely at home and utterly comfortable. The villa itself is a true gem. It was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and felt like a genuine home-from-home. Alexandros has clearly thought of everything, as the villa was equipped with every modern convenience imaginable, making our stay effortless and incredibly enjoyable. Beyond the stunning property, Alexandros communication was exceptional. His responsiveness, helpfulness, and genuine willingness to go above and beyond truly held no bounds. He was a fantastic host, providing invaluable insights and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location of the villa is also perfect. It's clear that the surrounding area is a wonderful community it's clear that the surrounding area is a wonderful community, and we were so touched by how readily the locals embraced us.

We had a delightful and memorable stay in touch with nature with its peaceful garden. The amenities in the house are quite sufficient, clean and quiet, within walking distance to the center. There is a private car park for the vehicle.

This is such a little gem of a place that I almost hesitate to write this review. Gumusluk is one of the few places on the Bodrum peninsula that still feels genuine and peaceful - almost exclusively a Turkish resort. And this place is quintessential Aegean - small but very functional inside, lovely bathrooms, amazing terrace with the sea literally lapping just below and history all around you. It is surrounded by fish restaurants which we thought might be super noisy but generally you feel quite private and it was never overwhelmingly loud. Head over to Rabbit Island to see the ruins. Be sure to go up to the weekly Gumusluk market on a Tuesday - amazing produce and wonderful local vibe. Loved our little sojourn here and Guray was a very communicative host.

A lovely apartment with beautiful grounds and swimming pool to enjoy during the day. Turkbuku sea front with its restaurants and bars only 5 minutes walk away Steve and Melike were perfect hosts helping with any questions or issues. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely stay again when we return to Bodrum.

We were six women searching for a luxurious escape in Bodrum — and Taner Bey’s villa exceeded every expectation we had. He arranged everything we needed, responded instantly to our messages, and made us feel like VIP guests from beginning to end. 🥳🥳

Easy walking distance to port, Center, beach, shopping. Well-equipped, quiet, comfortable spot with two balconies. Loved it .

We had fun during our trip We couldn’t get enough of Bodrum, it has earned a place in my heart ❤️❤️ Also the Airbnb is in a good location, everything was on a walking distance ( Restaurants, Bars, Cruises and the old city too is about 15min walk) Everything in the airbnb was just like the pictures or even better Alp is a great host, he was engaged and very generous with his recommandations I would give him more than 5 stars if I could And I hope I will go back here one day 🤞🏽

Apartment is exactly as shown in photos, the location is perfect for exploring the old town and lots of small touches in the apartment by the host to make us feel welcome. The balcony was really spacious and lovely to sit and have a coffee and see the street below.

The apartment is new and is located in a quiet location. The accommodation contains all the amenities you could need. Someone was always available for questions and the communication was friendly and nice. Thanks again for a great stay.

We thought it would be more comfortable to rent a house when we had a small baby, and we rented a house for the first time. That's why I did a lot of research, I approached it very meticulously, and we really felt at home with the cleanliness of the house, the furniture in it, and the approach of Ms. Seda and the gentleman working on the site. They were flexible both at our check-in time and at our check-out time, according to the baby's sleeping time. This is incredibly precious for a mother. They always helped us when we needed something. I haven't really taken a vacation outside of a hotel for years, but I think I'll be open to renting a house now. I think I'll even make a plan to come here every year ☺️🙏🏻

Fantastic three nights at Cumhurs place. Incredibly easy to find and we received a video showing us how to get in and we could check in early which was much appreciated. Great location, easy walk to bus station and waterfront but also very quiet at night, we slept really well. Kitchen is fully equipped and we were able to do a clothes wash. Comfortable couch and decent tv. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if ever in Bodrum.

First of all, the location of the house was in the very center of the old city, within walking distance to everywhere. This was one of the most beautiful features. The sheets, the bathroom, the towels, the whole house was spotless. We had no problems with cleaning. The hosts and staff were friendly. They always wanted to ask about our needs and help. We had a great stay at this cosy BnB. It is located in a complex with other apartments, yet feels very private. Everything was as expected.

It was a very nice space just above the delicious pizzeria. We enjoyed using the accommodation which is within walking distance of the beach and the busy shops. The shower head is quite loose in the holder, but otherwise the bathroom is also clean and tidy

After reading the fantastic reviews we had high expectations and it was even better! We had a fantastic time from check-in to checkout. Vasilis and Manolis received us personally, warmly with a tour of the beautiful stay, a fridge with treats provided by Nia. There was even a welcome gift, so thoughtful! The stay neat, cozy and everything was provided for a pleasant stay. We slept great there! Quiet, air conditioning and the mattress was great! The cozy terrace was perfect for eating meals. With mood lighting in the evening. But what really made this place very special was the warmth and kindness of the family. They even had a surprise for my husband's birthday. They were always available but also gave us space. The perfect place for those looking for peace, Greek hospitality a warm home feeling, good location among the locals. We had a wonderful time in Kos! Dimitra was an incredibly helpful and kind host from beginning to end. The apartment had everything a long-term traveler might need — it was spotless, fully equipped, and perfectly located within walking distance to everything. Dimitra saved us so much time with her amazing recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and historical sites — and every suggestion turned out to be fantastic. Thanks to her proactive approach, quick responses, and overall helpfulness, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone visiting Kos!

What a wonderful apartment and so nicely decorated! The apartment is just outside the city center, so it is quiet, but you are close to the supermarket (3-minute walk), restaurants (1-minute walk) and the beach (2-minute walk). Our host had some basic groceries ready for us, which was very nice because of our late arrival. The apartment has screens everywhere, so no insects in the house. In addition to a washing machine and drying rack, there is also a dishwasher and air conditioning (which can be operated per room). The beds are nice and in the afternoon you can sit in the shade in front of the house. Ioannis is a very good host, who responds quickly and comes to the rescue if necessary. If you go to Kos, choose this apartment!

Everything went great from the first rental moment to the end, he gave local advice, so we both visited and ate, the location of the 😁 house is great, he doesn't exaggerate, it's 50 meters away from everywhere. We traveled everywhere without getting tired. Even the treats in the house were not missing. My host is very thoughtful. Thank you very much for answering all our questions and helping us. The house was super clean, tidy and well organised. Comfortable and central area. Only disadvantage; hot water depends on solar energy and very weak WiFi. No signal in the bedroom. Anyway I would stay again
