Beachfront holiday rental in Yahşi Mahallesi

Our host Özlem Hn, responded quickly to all our questions before and after the reservation. Ayşegül Hn, who greeted us when we entered the house, was also very kind and hospitable. The information about the use of the house was very good, we felt like it was our own house. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures and was furnished with pleasure. All the materials in the kitchen were carefully selected and clean. The site also has 2 private beaches. Hebil beach is very close to the house, you can easily reach it on foot. Beach İncilipınar and Bodrum will be the only places we will prefer again. We had a very pleasant time with the view on the balcony. We are very pleased, thank you again to Ms. Özlem for her good hospitality🤗🌸

A really great apartment for vacation Kos! The apartment has everything you need. The beachfront location with large deck is so beautiful. Otherwise, it is well located, all you need is in walking distance. There were three of us there for five days and we enjoyed the holiday very much. Especially because of the lovely hospitality!

Kemal was incredible! We had a last minute cancellation so I booked this stay 3 days in advance. Kemal was extremely proactive and kind in allowing us to stay, and was great to check in about our travel details so he could plan for cleaning accordingly. Kemal met us in person to check us in and provide a full run down of the space. He was so welcoming, and also owns the restaurant next door (which is delicious by the way!) and told us we could order for delivery or walk over and ask them to bring it over. Overall great hospitality!

We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Amazing 3-Day Boat Tour with Mustafa in Bodrum We had an incredible 3-day boat trip with Mustafa in Bodrum. From start to finish it was a relaxing and memorable experience. The food was amazing – fresh and tasty Turkish food that we enjoyed in the sunset. We slept on the deck under the stars, which was absolutely magical. Mustafa took us to beautiful, hidden coves, where we swam in the clear, blue waters. No stress, just quiet and relaxation. Mustafa and his crew made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. A perfect way to experience Bodrum – highly recommended!

Thanks to Ms. Bedriye, she was very kind and helpful, and the house is quite sufficient and full price performance. If I were to come back to the basement, I would like to stay in the same place again.

We LOVED our stay with Anne Marie. The home was beautiful, clean, roomy, and comfortable. And Anne Marie was a great host from start to finish. Our little family of 4 (kids 12 & 14) only used 3 bedrooms and couldn't use the lovely pool as it was too cold, but the sea was very nice for a kayak. Not very close to grocery stores. Gorgeous sunsets every night from various areas around the property.

We stayed with a friend and my dog for 1 week to get away from Istanbul and relax. The house is incredibly pleasant, you can enjoy the terrace on every floor with a perfect view. If you're into the kitchen, there's everything from A to Z. You can stay in this great location without thinking in summer and winter, we recommend.

Beautiful sea view home from the entire house, just like you're looking at a painting all day. You can hear the sea throughout the day, from your bedroom you will be cradled to sleep. The location of the house offers a lot of privacy and ensures a lot of tranquility. The house is well equipped with all the necessary equipment to make your stay comfortable. Cemil and Nilgun are sweet caring helpful tenants. Are ready via various channels ( physically, by phone) to make your stay as pleasant as possible in all kinds of ways. We felt so at home, it was a homecoming. Very unfortunate that we couldn't stay there longer. Private pier has a small cafeteria run by a friendly family, the sea comes in different colors Azure blue, it is clean and cared for. Bay is surrounded by Beautiful gardens and residential complexes. The villa surrounds and hotel complex are beautiful and extremely pleasant to walk around (although note there are some quite steep hills). Everything you need is in the complex. The villa itself is very well decorated, clean and very easy to live in. The kitchen has everything you need and was immaculately clean. The host was responsive and was available at check-in to help us find the villa and settle in. We would definitely go back again.

Extremely happy with Manos’s and Stella’s beautiful town house. It had everything we could possibly need with extra’s thrown in. The house was spotlessly clean, very quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Felt very much at home and can’t wait to book again. 100% recommend Sarah and Gordon x Thank you

Great walkable location near Kos! As 2 women we felt very safe even at night. Tigaki Beach is a short drive for white sand (beach at unit is pebbles and busy). Host was responsive. Only drawback was the hard beds, but that seems to be a thing in Greece- Athens was the same. (Recommended getting memory foam pads and host was going to look into it). Rental car was a must for us to see the sites. Highlights: Asklepion, Therma Beach, Plaka Forest, Zia for views and BEST food our whole trip (I think its called Oromedon Restaurant- it’s the big one close to Kos Natural Park) Tigaki Beaches, Crepes And You (Old Town Kos- reg. AND gluten-free- delicious!). We did a day trip by ferry to Bodrum. Meh. If I could do it again, I don’t know that I would. It was a big hassle getting there and back for only a few hours. It was more than novelty of being in our first Muslim country. We did have a good experience at a restaurant, having Turkish tea and coffee. Walked around the old wall and the windmill

We liked the AirBnB very much. everything was very new and clean. The location was incredible, all beautiful beach bars and restaurants close by. And you could easily walk to the city centre as well. Especially the personal contact and help, when needed, was much appreciated. Every message was answered very quickly.

Dimi is the absolute beeeest host! Super kind, helpful and very responsive! The flat is super - has everything you need for a short or longer stay. The beach (which is stunning) is a 3 minute walk and Marmari is special because it is not built up like many of the other places, but still has restaurants, coffee, grocery within walking distance. It is also super easy to rent a scooter and explore Kos, Kefalos, Plaka Forest, Zia, wineries, etc (they are all 15-30 min drive). As some other reviews mentioned, there is a bar next door that plays music but not too late into the night and the windows, etc are good quality, so you can't really hear it. Wonderful place, fabulous host - highly recommend!

The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Stavroz helped us a lot with everything. If you want to feel like at home, you can definitely choose. It's also great to have walking distance to the center and the harbor. Our vacation was very comfortable and nice.
