Hello dear guests! Welcome to the Sunflower House! Make yourself at home in our one-room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom with shower. Enjoy your breakfast on the large sunny balcony. Our house is located in a quiet residential area. It is close to the bakery and to the shops. And the beach? As you hike or drive 20 minutes by bike in a short time to white sandy beach or you can drive north about 30 minutes to the pristine west beach. Must be easy to get to know! Relax in your holiday in a relaxed atmosphere , to know the country and its people, delicious fish to eat in butene within un in the mall or take advantage of the many great recreational activities such as horseback riding , surfing, kiting, fishing, swim , snorkel, bask in the white beach sand , tennis, cycling and much more. Please only book consecutive stays during June, July, and August! The day of departure is also the day of arrival. Please note that only one dog is allowed and may stay free of charge. The local tourist tax is to be paid directly to the landlord. Thank you.

beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! The lovingly furnished wooden house offers plenty of space for friends & family of 130 sq m. Uns ist es wichtig, dass alle Gäste sich bei uns wohlfühlen und stehen für Fragen und individuelle Absprachen gern zur Verfügung. Saal ist der ideale Startpunkt zur Erkundung der Boddenregion. Hier bieten sich zahlreiche Aktivitäten für Natur- und Sportfreunde wie Angeln, Wandern, Fahrrad fahren und Kitesurfen. Der nächstgelegene Ostseestrand ist in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

With 57 square meters, the houseboat offers you everything your heart desires and guarantees a relaxing stay. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. Large holiday home with Pool

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.
