Remarkable place. Not many options in general for this type of quality, so very unique and felt like home. I stayed there for a month, and they were flexible with my dates and made my stay really great. Room cleaning was included which is not always a given for Airbnbs and longer rentals. Can highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay for a few nights or even longer.

I booked the smallest room for one night and got the largest (upgrade). Check-in was straightforward, the room clean, the window good isolated. I find the new fashion to place the shower cabin right next to the bed - including an insight into the person in the shower (-: But everything is super modern and furnished with taste. The window went out to the demolition site, which was already active from 6 o'clock in the morning. But the sound insulation is really good. Thank you!

Staying at the K1 tree house was an incredible experience and the perfect weekend getaway. The beautiful view from inside the cozy yet modern cabin was simply breathtaking. I can definitely recommend experiencing this special place with your partner. Stefan was incredibly helpful and always available when we needed anything. The only downside is that there are not many good dining options in the area. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend it and look forward to trying one of the other tree houses next time!

Absolutely a perfect room with a sparkling clean and comfortable bathroom, a very nice bed and the most beautiful views. The entire grounds around it are also lush and there are seating areas everywhere to relax. The stay feels luxurious and the room has all the comforts (even a minibar!). The only point that was a big setback during our stay was the breakfast. We were allowed to choose a time slot in advance, but once at the table it took almost an hour for us to get breakfast. Communication about this was also vague. For the small amount of food, we found the á la carte breakfast menu very expensive. According to the staff, the delay was one time and they were flexible with our check out time due to the inconvenience.

Muzaffer's place was in a great location. It was a three minute walk to the R1 Line that took us direct to the Christmas Market in Cologne. The three adjoining rooms were perfect for the size of our group. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the cookies and water.
