Ein sehr gemütliches und schönes Appartement im Dortmunder Süden. Sehr nahe dem Signal Iduna Park, den Westfalenhallen und dem Westfalenpark. In dem Appartment befinden sich vier Betten, eine kleine Küche, Esstisch und Stühle natürlich auch und einen Fernseher mit Netflix Account. Eine Klimaanlage sorgt auch bei heißen Außentemperaturen für wohliges Befinden. Das angrenzende Bad ist mit einer Dusche, einem Waschtisch und einem WC ausgestattet. Sicherlich sehr schön ist der geräumige Süd Balkon.

Beste und absolut zentrale Lage in Düsseldorf - 30m zum Carlsplatz (sehr beliebter Markt) 200m zum Rheinufer und 100m zur Altstadt. Dennoch sehr ruhig im Innenhof gelegen. Bei dieser außergewöhnlichen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte Düsseldorfs zu Fuß zu erreichen - so wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz einfach. Parkhaus, U-Bahnstationen, Scooter und E-Bike Sharing Stationen, Bus, Taxistand, Car Sharing alles im Umkreis von 30-300m. Dieses Appartement ist ein Volltreffer !

Dear AirBnB Friends, Renovated in 2019, the apartment is located in Düsseldorf´s Most Popular Neighborhood: Oberkassel. Close to cafes,restaurants and stores the place is surrounded by Jugendstil architecture buildings and a 3min walk away from the River. The ancient part of the city „Altstadt“ and the City Centre are just on the other side of the bridge which is a 10minute walk or one tram stop away. I do recommend a nice walk across the bridge to Altstadt at Sunset, you will love it.

Wir freuen uns darauf euch in unserem neuen Apartment begrüßen zu dürfen. Die gesamte Wohnung ist ein Neubau und wurde erst im Juni 2020 fertiggestellt. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang von draußen und liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wohn-Gewerbe-Mischgebiet. Wir wohnen selber gegenüber und fühlen uns hier wohl. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet - Kaffee, Tee usw. stehen bereit. Selbstverständlich wird frisch gewaschene Bettwäsche und Handtücher gestellt!
