We loved this property. The layout is very carefully considered to give separate and distinctive spaces within the same floor plan.We could spend time here without feeling on top of each other. The fittings are all to a very high spec so it feels comfortable and well considered. Everything is thought of, from condiments you might need to beers in the fridge. It’s on a road so some traffic noise is inevitable but it’s not busy and hardly intrusive, especially as it’s all double glazed, air conditioned and generally quiet. It’s lovely to look out of the windows and be surrounded by trees and foliage. Nice area for a stroll. We would love to stay here again if circumstances permit.

Gardens were beautiful With flowers and lovely roses. So calm and peaceful. Wake up to birds singing and quiet. Home was lovely and had all we needed. Shopping and some great pubs/restaurants close by. The George and Rising sun.

We stayed two nights & had a wonderful time. We went to explore Bristol which we loved & is very close. The converted barn is lovely & very well done - mega shower too! But it’s the animals that stole the show: chickens, sheep, dogs & cats - our two year old absolutely loved it! The oven is an air fryer which we’d never used before but it was dead easy to figure out. Lots of great touches: food to feed the animals, some nespresso pods & some essentials too. Rosie was fab - I messed up the booking & Rosie fixed it no problem! Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Fiona’s log cabin. The cabin was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, cozy, and very comfortable. All the glowing reviews we read beforehand were absolutely accurate. Fiona was an exceptional host—extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Her directions to the property were clear and easy to follow, and we were delighted to meet her in person on our last day. She was warm, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The drive down from the main road to the cabin was stunning—winding through peaceful, private gardens with beautiful scenery all around. One of the unexpected highlights of our stay was seeing families of bunnies crossing the path each evening, along with the occasional deer. It added a magical, storybook charm to the whole experience. We’d highly recommend Fiona’s cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway. We’d definitely love to return!
