The 42 sqm terrace is shared by two apartments. The house is located in a beautiful pine forest by the sea, on the island of Wolin, 15 minutes walk from the seaside beach and 7 minutes walk to the lake, by the provincial route 102. The city of Dziwnów is about 1.8 km away, Międzywodzie is about 2 km away, by a pedestrian and bicycle path, illuminated or asphalt road.

The apartment is in the attic of the house. The owner lives on the ground floor. Nearby: Szczecin Lagoon, wild beaches, Wolin City, Open-air Museum of Slavs and Vikings, Baltic Sea, numerous lakes, Wolin National Park, International Cycling and Tourist Route Poland-Germany along the "St. James" trail. Golf course in Kołczewo - 10 km away. Kitesurfing My place is good for: couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The apartment is equipped with new bedding and towels.

It consists of 5 comfortable cottages, a playground, a barbecue area, a large swimming pool with heated water, a Russian banya, bicycles, ping-pong, a trampoline, and a football field. The cottages are less than 3000 meters from the sea, to which a safe path leads. Our cottages are of high standard and comfortable. We provide all guests with parking spaces in the resort. The entire resort is fenced.
