Holiday rentals with a patio in Wolin

We highly recommend the place, it was really great . Everything exactly as described. Well-equipped kitchen. Everything sparkling clean. The beach is practically right outside the door. A new staircase was built in front of the complex, which - if it is connected (I think it will be so in the summer) - the direct beach access allowed. It was still quite quiet now, but wonderful for us. You're almost alone on the beach. The swimming pool/sauna/steam sauna area was also great.

I was there for 3 days with my daughters, so everything worked out. It would be a little tight for 4 adults. The apartment was very clean. Everything you needed was available. We felt very comfortable. A parking space was outside the door. The train station is a 10-minute walk. We needed about 30 minutes to get to the beach promenade. Everything was perfect for a short vacation.

The apartment is unique. Well-equipped. A 10-minute walk from the Baltic Sea. The free pool area makes a big difference! Dziwnów is a great place for further excursions to the Isle of Usage to Germany, to the Wolin National Park or to the Krasibór Island. Michael - the owner, was at every call... Our winter stay was wonderful. We recommend adventures at Baltic Nest.

The apartment is really great. Everything is as on the pictures - neat, clean, just a place to feel good. The balcony overlooking the canal and the small marina is great. And the underground parking is a huge plus. Everything necessary is available, we lacked nothing. We would definitely book it again.

Plus a pristine and cozy apartment of the highest standard. Quiet location, close to Netto and several restaurants and cafes. The boardwalk is a 30-minute walk away, but we knew it.

Very nice apartment. Parking behind the house, great amenities, spacious, sparkling clean, good location. Everything is fine. Great proactive communication. Just a small note. The photos from the listing did not match the apartment. We had another, but were still very satisfied and would be happy to come back.

The place is great, there is nothing to complain about - great location and not far from the beach. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend the accommodation! Perfect apartment for a relaxing stay We had a wonderful time in this apartment! We were particularly impressed with the cleanliness – everything was absolutely spotless and well maintained. You immediately feel comfortable. The location is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. No traffic noise, no hustle and bustle – just pure relaxation. Nevertheless, shops are easily accessible, baker in the village and discounter in the next village. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are comfortable beds, and everything has been thought of to make the stay enjoyable. Parking is right outside the property. Special praise goes to the host, who is incredibly friendly and helpful. He gives great tips for the area and makes you feel welcome. We can fully recommend this apartment!

We had a pleasant stay. Cottages are surrounded by plants and peaceful atmosphere. Andrzej is very friendly and responsive.

Perfect marvellous place in an awesome location. Just a great way to escape everyday life and enjoy the exclusiveness. The place has all you need a pool a sauna a volleyball court a bbq. It is just perfect and absolutely worth visiting again. Including a perfect host. Thank you very much for having us:)

We were there with 12 people and had a great time. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were cozy, the amenities were as described. No neighbors are adjacent to the back of the house, so you could listen to music there without disturbing anyone. We recommend the place!

We were there for a bachelor party with 7 people. From check-in to departure, everything was optimal and maximum flexible. Thomas himself was there in person at the shortly before announced arrival time and gave us a good introduction to the house and how to use sauna, pool, equipment, etc. The house was 110% clean and even barefoot you couldn't feel a crumb. We had a good time and had a lot of fun thank you Thomas. Gladly come back

Highly recommend! Very spacious and well-maintained home with lots of amenities for guests. Quiet neighborhood, but close to the city at the same time. A lovely host who responds quickly to questions and is always here to help. Again, I recommend it.

easy access to the beach and super cosy and cute location

Piotr's Villa is located in an absolutely wonderful location with wild nature and calm surroundings which provided exactly what we were looking for! a weekend in quiet nature! The Villa is well equipped and has a beautiful garden and direct access to the nearby lake. Piotr has answered all of our questions almost instantaneously and was very generous with giving instructions and being flexible with our wishes! The Sauna and hot tub are a super nice addition to the already perfect villa and we were very pleased with the equipped kitchen and the extremely comfortable beds! We would highly recommend this Villa to anyone who is looking for a beautiful city escape and wonderful time Poland's wonderful nature!

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

The stay was great. In the house there was everything to cook and feel good. Large rooms and relaxed location. You can walk along the large road and quickly reach the wonderful forest that leads to the beach. Of course, there is a lot going on in the main season and everyone wants to eat in the evening. Unfortunately, the Italian restaurant was so crowded, despite the reservation we were sent away again or should eat individually, which was not so nice. But overall, you can only recommend the place and the place. Karla always responded quickly and was there for open questions. Thank you for everything.

A wonderful place that immediately feels like home. Thoughtful touches like extra toothbrushes, smart tech for the entire place ( like a beamer for movie night) and an excellently equipped kitchen. Best of all - a short walk to the gorgeous beach.

The place is perfect, clean and absolutely comfortable. A small and tastefully furnished apartment. Mandy is very helpful and friendly, even a welcome present was on the table. The location is ideal, close to the beach and yet quietly located. Parking is available directly in the yard. Mandy goes to great lengths to ensure that her guests do not miss anything. We had no problems with communication. Our conclusion, highly recommended!
