Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Wokingham

Everything was wonderful. We landed early and Rachel was able to get us checked in a little early. Directions were clear and check-in was simple. There is a bus stop just down the street which made getting into town really easy. There are also grocery stores within a 10 minute walk (or 2 bus stops). We travelled around the country quite a bit but used the house as a home base. It worked out really well for us. Would stay again for sure.

Cosy little place, comfortable bed, we had a delightful stay. Mel was responsive to messages, very helpful and very kind. She provided fresh milk for coffee alongside a selection of lovely little treats, water bottles and juice boxes which we considered a very thoughtful addition! It’s a lovely space which was perfect for what we wanted and in a very nice location. I would definitely recommend Mel’s place and would love to stay again when we visit in the future!

We were held up in traffic which made us late for check in. We kept in touch with Eno on the journey and Eno was very understanding and friendly, when we arrived Eno showed us around the apartment and was very friendly! The apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos which was a nice surprise. The area is a quiet residential area which was exactly what we wanted.

Stayed here for a midweek stay the house was perfect for us. super clean, nice neighbourhood, peaceful. would definitely recommend

The property is located in Reading town centre within proximity to public transposed interchange. Very convenient to travel. The flat is clean and tidy. The only issue is instability of Wifi. But most of the time is okay.

It was a last minute booking whilst staying over Christmas, instead of sleeping with the in-laws after, after being messed around by “Fahid” taking my money and then refusing my booking ( DO NOT USE HIM) she was a life saver it’s a no thrills apartment but it has everything you need for a short last minute stay and very easy to communicate and let alone saved over 30% very cheap and cheerful. The accommodation was just perfect for my needs. Everything was just like in the photos. The extras that we're in the apartment were great . All the electrical appliances were top quality. I stayed there for a month whilst travelling a round the UK. I would recommend Chris's place to anyone travelling from Australia to the UK.

Fantastic place to stay. Lots of space. Kitchen had everything you could want. TV has lots of channels and so good for relaxing. Balcony had view of the river. Totally recommend.

Wow, wow, wow! This AirBnB is unmatched. From enquiry to check-in and check out, the Lach team were so helpful. The home itself is huge, peaceful and accommodating. It makes the perfect place to unwind with friends or family, with enough space for downtime and minimal noise. Then let’s talk about the sun-trap grounds… we were in awe at how much care has been taken to maintain the enormous garden and pool. Even at the furthest point of the garden, it is not overlooked; this truly makes for a relaxing, undisturbed stay. A retreat. While the house clearly has history, it still feels clean and fresh where there have been tasteful renovations. Practicalities are covered with ample parking, fantastic location and amenities nearby, without road noise. If there were to be an improvement, it’d be nice to have a dining area that seats all 8 guests but this didn’t affect us. Staying here feels like a special treat, and we’re already fixing a date to return! Thank you team Lach

This home is stunning! Three floors, updated with an open floorplan (rare in England from what I’ve seen) that allows for conversation and gathering. Skylights are a nice touch. We really only rented this house for the night prior to an international flight so that we could be close to Heathrow- but I would have had no reservations with staying longer. Convenient to major roads, train, and a huge Sainsbury’s grocery (5 min walk). All essentials were provided with one exception. The housecleaning staff forgot to leave out enough towels, and I missed the ONE cabinet on the third floor where they were stowed away. It was a horrible surprise the morning of our flight and we all shared the two towels that we could find. (The host was responsive; had we not been rushing to get to the airport, I have full confidence they would have resolved the issue promptly… but we had to go!) Otherwise, dish detergent, bathroom essentials, and a tea were available. Comfy beds but pack earplugs (train!).

Wonderful quirky house full of charm and character. We had a brilliant stay. Kids loved exploring the house and beautiful garden. In the words of my 5 year old, “best house ever!!!”. The ride on the old 1950’s Leyland double decker bus was a perfect way to end a marvelous break. Thank you to Monty and Claire for being superb hosts. Jon

Great stay with me and my Mrs, would absolutely recommend. Dilpreet was a great host who made us feel at home from day 1, easy commute to Heathrow, and a short walk from local lakes. Beautiful home, perfect place to stay. The garden is absolutely amazing. Claire Marie was very welcoming, made us feel at home. Went out of her way to ask if we needed anything. Generally a lovely, friendly host. I would highly recommend to stay here. Everything was perfect and it made our weekend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Kirsty’s place. Check in was incredibly easy and hassle free. The apartment was clean and spacious with everything neatly laid out and with everything you need for a pleasant stay provided. The apartment is finished to a high standard and the bed is very comfortable.

Nata and Alek were wonderful hosts - great communication, always helpful and friendly. The apartment was in a great location - 5 minutes walk from the train and bus stations and right opposite a large supermarket. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Kingston. Really good transport links to London . We were walking the Thames Path so it was perfect for us.

I had an amazing stay here for 1 month whilst I was working at the hospital. Ozoemena had the place well set up and had thought about everything I'd need. There were plenty of extra towels and he'd made sure the bathroom and kitchen was stocked up with everything I'd need on the day to day. He also messaged every so often to make sure things were okay, and once when there was a small problem, he was down within 10 minutes to resolve it. Dedicated parking spot near the front door was also a treat, really made life easy. 10/10 stay, very happy with it and would definitely recommend!
