Holiday rentals with breakfast in Wokingham

Lovely modern accommodation with most of the things we needed as a home from home. Opening the lockbox was very easy. Victoria was wonderfully responsive and accommodating - for example we were able to check-in in the morning already and also check-out an hour later. Upon arrival I asked on messenger if there were tea towels anywhere and after a prompt response, two were dropped off that afternoon. There are some basic provisions available such as handsoap, washing up soap, dishwasher tables and other cleaning products as well as sugar, tea and coffee. However, the one basic that was missing was a toilet roll in the toilets! After a long journey that was more necessary than the dog treats in the cupboard LOL. Thankfully the COOP is a mere few metres away. The road is busy during the day so you can hear the cars and buses pass if you have the window open, but with double glazing it did not disturb us at night. We would definitely stay here again next time!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at V's through Airbnb, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations! I had a wonderful weekend at the secret garden. The annexe is exactly as described and was so comfortable, well stocked and homely, not to mention very dog friendly! I absolutely loved it, and would definitely book again!

Staying at Tim and Caroline's was probably the best airbnb experience we've ever had. Their beautiful home was one of those places that feel like home as soon as soon as you walk inside! The home was full of character, extremely well-decorated, and comfortably furnished; it had plenty of space and enough beds for our larger family. The hosts were so kind to leave some toys out for our children to play with. Our kids LOVED the in-ground trampoline in the garden the most. The gardens were absolutely stunning!!! We spent quite a bit of time just relaxing outside while the kids bounced and played. The home is in a fantastic location! It's close to the train station - for those wanting to go into the city - and minutes from grocery stores, shopping and many restaurants. The street it's on is quiet and private, which was perfect for our family. Tim gave us many recommendations, which we were thankful for. Tim and Caroline were perfect, helpful hosts. Thank you!!!!

Andrea was a lovely, friendly host. She made me feel right at home. The room was comfy and exactly what was pictured and met my expectations. She has a lovely spacious garden, where I enjoyed spending my evenings. I would highly recommend Andrea’s listing and I would book again if I were looking for digs again in Reading.

Unusual period property that has been thoughtfully renovated with modern amenities. Convenient to walk into Windsor or use public transport.

Great place, highly recommend. I had expected something much smaller from the photos and price. Lots of space inside and out, private self contained property, very quiet and peaceful. Would have loved to stay for more nights and really make the most of the property. Many thanks

Gave me my space but every so often checked in with me to see if I needed anything. I will be highly recommending the place to anyone who is looking to stay in this area.

Wonderful location close to London and Hertfordshire attractions. We found Heather Ann's upstairs flat to be very clean, with easy instructions for entry. The hosts are very friendly and were on hand for any queries. Highly recommend as a good base for the local area.

Home away from home. I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 months when I first arrived in the UK together with my fiancee and our 10 month old daughter. Susie ensured we'd feel right at home from the beginning with all basic necessities provided. The fridge had some fresh food and juice in it, a thoughtful touch that just shows how much the host looks after her guests. The property itself is nestled in the beautiful countryside, offering peace and tranquility, yet it's just a 10-minute car or train ride to the malls and shopping centres in Basingstoke Susie is attentive without being intrusive, always making sure your stay is comfortable while keeping any disturbances to a minimum. The only minor downside is that the dining room doesn’t get much natural sunlight—but that’s a small detail in what was otherwise a truly wonderful stay. We stayed for 3 nights over a weekend. Sallie was super quick in responding to messages and was there to welcome us when we arrived. We felt very comfortable and at home and were surprised how quiet it was for London! Thanks Sallie!

The apartment was comfortable and quiet. The location was beautiful, and Jayne was very helpful and responsive. Also, it was an easy walk to the terrific Half Moon pub.

Christine was very hospitable, attentive and helpful :) she helped us make reservations at a local pub, she gave us a phone number for the local cab that helped us when we couldn’t find a ride to the train station, she greeted us and offered us tea and had non dairy milk which was awesome, her breakfast in the morning was delicious and I felt very comfortable and at home here. Beautiful garden that was nice to walk around. Cute town that is walkable and peaceful. I would stay here again everything was lovely.

This stay was really outstanding for the beautiful English garden, so well maintained, so peaceful. Kate and Mark are friendly, welcoming and super helpful. Their historical home has been well maintained and updated. Very cozy and comfortable. For Jane Austen fans, the location cannot be better, one really walks in her footsteps. Highly recommended!

It's easy to travel to London city centre via train and underground. Whitton station is only about 10 minutes walk from the accommodation. Laura was very generous in providing a basket of fruits, juice, milk etc. for our enjoyment. Thank you, Laura!

I so enjoyed my one night stay at this absolutely unique waterfront hideaway right on The Thames! Carolyn is so friendly, considerate and helpful; making me feel right at home. There are lovely touches like an electric blanket if needed for the (super comfortable) double bed! Plus private table for your tea /breakfast with private waterfront lawn area. The ensuite shower room is great and there's a large hanging wardrobe too. The room is super quiet in a very peaceful residential area. Yet still only a 7 minute drive from central Abingdon. Highly recommend for a one night stay or longer if you don't mind vacating the premises during the day. A real find , thank you Carolyn🙏🌺!
