Fantastic apartment with sauna - 100 m from the beach

We are renting out a lovingly renovated, fantastic apartment with a large roof terrace. The apartment extends over the entire attic of a house that was built around 1900 in the spa style. The charming house is located in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort of Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff. It is only 100 meters to the beach, which leads through a small coastal protection grove, so that you can already hear the sea rushing while having breakfast on the terrace.

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Our vacation home Dat Papenboerger Hus is located directly in the De Poeler Drift vacation park on the Baltic Sea and is only 7 km from Wismar. Simply let yourself be pampered in our sauna right in the house. We have 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 double bed and 2 single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. The oven offers cozy hours. Through the fenced garden, your animals have free run. Have fun in our vacation home.

The island of Poel is the youngest Baltic Sea resort in Germany. Our house "Poeler Mother Goose" is located in the middle of the nature reserve overlooking the Baltic Sea and the opposite skyline of Wismar. Especially in the off-season, we can enjoy the natural spectacle of migratory and breeding birds directly from our terrace. It is 800 meters to the natural beach, and all other beaches are accessible by bike. The island is perfect for families and nature lovers.

Haus Ahlma is centrally located in Boltenhagen, only about 350 meters from the beach and 450 meters from the spa park. Close to shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and a pharmacy. The house is divided into two halves (A- and M-side). Each half has a separate entrance, through which you can reach an apartment on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. A parking space is available for each apartment right by the house.
