Good location. Walkable to just about everywhere but apart from restaurants and shops enough to be quiet.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. The best part about it is that it has everything you need to feel at home, especially in the kitchen. It was clean and cozy. The location is great, exceptionally close to the train station! Valmira is an absolute delight of a host. Highly recommend to stay here if you have an opportunity to do so.

Amazing place to stay! Close to several restaurants, transit, grocery store, and mall. Beautiful interior and design. This was a quiet and peaceful spot. Olga was great with details and instructions which was quite helpful for our stay. Would definitely stay again when visiting!

It was a very nice stay, though not big, the apartment has all that is necessary for a good stay (even coffeemachine, for example :) . The internet connection is excellent. Agnes was very attentive and made sure I could find everything I needed. The location is also very nice, you have fields to walk around within 20 minutes drive from the center of Zurich.

The studio is very nice, spacious and large. The check-in took some getting used to. It worked for the 3rd attempt😂, Parking is available right next to the entrance. We noticed the fireplace, which we lit right away. My brother, who briefly accompanied us, had a lighter. We went to Bad Säckingen dinner. When we were back in the apartment we wanted to fire up the fireplace again; but far and wide no lighter. That's the only point I complain about. Otherwise everything is great😀. Unfortunately, we were only passing through, so we were only there for the overnight stay. But it was super nice, very clean and the arrangement and accessibility were great :)

We immediately felt very comfortable in the cozy cabin. The kitchen is well equipped and even raclette and cheese fondue are available. The Postbus car goes for free to Tannenheim and Tannenboden, so you can leave the car behind.

We had a beautiful week in this house. The interior was very stylish and had everything we needed. Would recommend it to everyone!

Lovely house with superb outside facilities- we loved the pool and barbecue area and Lake Constance is beautiful. Thanks Jonathan for all your help!

We spent New Year's Eve here. Annina and Tim welcomed us nicely, with cervela and salad, which they prepared especially for us. The highlight was the hot tub - just great to warm up there in the evening surrounded by winter scenery!

All are very clean, and there's everything we needed for our week-long stay with a small family . Thank you for your warm welcome, for the fresh eggs from your chicken coop. It's beautiful little sheep, they love it. We are walking in the village and in the forest around, very easy. At night we saw little deer 🥰 on the road. Thanks Eva and Yves

The apartment is clean, modern and well equipped – we immediately felt comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, from booking to departure. He gave us great tips for the area and was always available when we had a question. The location is ideal, whether for sightseeing or relaxing. We arrived late at night due to the plane, but we still received the key to the accommodation in no time. We also really enjoyed our stay! Everything was perfectly fine:)

Our stay at Irena's place was great! She was so helpful and responsive the whole way through. Always easy to reach and provided suggestions in the area. The accommodation is modern and has everything you would need to stay a few days in Zurich with young kids. There is also a playground close by which is essential for toddlers. Definitely a recommend place especially for the price.

My husband and I were in Switzerland to visit family and friends and the location of Franz Josef's apartment was very convenient for us to do this. Frequent transport possibilities are close by with supermarkets and shopping just a few stops away. The clean and bright apartment was tastefully furnished and decorated. Clear written instructions and labels were provided. A well equipped kitchen enabled preparation of almost any kind of meal. Excellent wi-fi and big screen tv, along with modern appliances made it a very pleasant stay. The only negative would have been the construction noise going on at the hospital over the road during the day, which is not something that can be blamed on Franz Josef. However, nights and weekends were very quiet and there is a pleasant view from the balcony over the nearby hills and park. We would definitely recommend staying at Franz Josef's apartment.
