Ideal hiking and biking paradise. Pure nature. Water sports in and on the Rhine (swimming, diving, paddling, etc.). Large parking space right in front of the apartment. Long-term guests up to 3 months are also welcome to welcome you. A place where you just feel really comfortable!

Located within the Oerlikon district of Zurich, the apartment offers two loggias & a garden view. The apartment is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking and cycling. The apartment features a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, an oven and a bathroom with a shower. The new apartment building is 10 minutes away from the airport (train) and another 10 minutes by train to the central station of Zurich.

Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.

For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

Beautifully furnished apartment in Gailingen am Hochrhein The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house. Shopping 5 minutes walking distance. It is 10-15 minutes on foot to the Rhine Parking directly at the apartment Bus connection in about 150m The apartment is located in a new development. Our house is ready.
