New, modern and very bright wooden house for sole use, ideal starting point for adventurous families who want to discover Eastern Switzerland (near Connyland, Lake of Constance, Appenzell, Zurich, Lucerne, Schaffhausen). Covered parking for 2-3 cars directly in front of the house, train station a few minutes walk away. Very good Wlan. Washing machine, dryer, toys for the little ones and books for the big ones. Quaint duplex apartment in the countryside

Welcome to Appenzellerland, in the valley of the Silvesterchläuse, in Urnäsch, an old house with a separate entrance, a nice place to sit, directly on the Urnäsch (stream) and the Postbus stop towards Schwägalp, the duplex apartment was renovated in the 1970s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to linger in, simple, quiet and cozy and good to know, in the other part of the house (private entrance) my parents live, but this does not affect you.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is spread over two floors. Thanks to the good location, you can easily make trips to the Black Forest or Switzerland from our accommodation. Perfect for commuters is the Swiss border, which is 5-10 minutes away. The center of Lauchringen is a 2-minute walk away. There are shopping opportunities such as supermarkets, as well as restaurants and cafes. Nearest bus stop: 2-minute walk

The vacation home is in a quiet location. On the ground floor there are spacious lounges with a terrace facing east. Please note that the house can only be used vegetarian. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, whereby one bedroom is a passageway for the bedroom behind it. The wooden house is cozily furnished with wooden furniture and has everything you need for a nice stay. Games available for all ages.

The ski resorts of Chäserrugg and Wildhaus can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

Owned by our family for 20 years and fully restored in 2005, and equipped with every comfort: underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, sauna, wood stove, terrace, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Outside, there is a large terrace and there is space for 4 cars in the parking lot.
