Holiday rentals with a kayak in Winter Park

Beautiful views and excellent amenities! Great location to the free green line bus to go skiing at Winter Park.

This place was perfect. The location was a quick drive to the resort to ski. We walked to restaurants and shops within 5 to 10 min. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. (including our 3 teenagers) We enjoyed cooking meals and all hanging in the large kitchen area after skiing. It was very quiet and we never heard our neighbors. There are a lot of stairs but it didn’t bother us at all. They had everything provided which was a huge plus. We usually have to buy extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags at airbnbs, but this place had plenty for the week we stayed. I can’t wait to come back and would 100% stay here again.

The best locations are those those simply vanish in the background and just make it easy to settle in. This location had a bunch of nice touches that made it easy. They have a good selection of furniture that let us all hang out together in the family room without running out of spots. They had more than enough dishes so you didn't have to stay ahead of washing to have clean dishes. They had a good selection of sleeping beds/rooms so it was easy to organize what we needed. All the furniture, by the way, was super comfy. In particular the master bed and pillows were great. Location was easy in an out. Hot tub on the deck was super relaxing. All in all, a good rental for us.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless—immaculately clean from top to bottom. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The kitchen was equipped with high-end appliances and fully stocked with everything we needed. Overall, a top-notch experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great property! We traveled with multiple couples and kids, and everyone had a real bed to sleep in and bathroom to use. Main level was great for hanging out on and the hot tub is conveniently located on the patio. So nice not having to go to a community room to use. Loved the location in the center of town. This made it easy to walk everywhere from bowling to shopping and many different dinner options. We will diffidently consider staying here again if we make our way back to Winter Park!

Relaxing, private, and beautiful place to stay in winter park. Our 2 small families had ample space to spread out. We all enjoyed coming together to cook in the well stocked kitchen and relax in the living room by the fireplace. We especially enjoyed the games, toys and books for the kids, tubes for snow tubing, nearby trails, and the hot tub!

Very good location and the place was great for our family. The only feedback I would give would be on the property management company. The bunkbeds were not made when we arrived. We also had issues with the parking QR codes and when called for assistance on 3 different occasions were disconnected with no call back. I was not impressed with their service. The accommodations and location were great but would look to provide feedback to the management company.

We really enjoyed our stay here during the winter. We could only imagine how beautiful it is in the summer. We did a little snow shoeing that is close to the ranch. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy some of the games at the main lodge, but great additional amenities. If you’re looking for a more quiet get away this is the place. In the winter AWD/4WD is helpful when driving to the ranch and back if there is heavy snow. The staff were amazing at plowing and shoveling common areas and our cabin. The views were absolutely phenomenal and it was very homey. 10/10 would come again.

Did you ever wish you had a cool favorite aunt with a lakeside cabin in the mountains? Wish granted. Serene location, excellent access to lake (with all equipment!!), great accommodations, hidden gem entrance to RMNP? This is it! Tracee is a premier host in many ways, not the least of which is her considerate attention to detail with an important special request. Her groundskeeper, Marques, is kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. Cabin was perfect! We hope to stay here again and again!

Dorsa was the best host! Gave food suggestions and always very responsive. This house is in a beautiful spot and priced perfectly! Beds were comfy and house had everything we needed. There was even toys in one of the closets that my toddler was so excited to play with! The last 2-3 min of the drive are a bit extra bumpy but not too bad! Only thing I would say if the house could use a little extra cleaning. There was spider webs in almost all the windows and door frames and light fixtures. And house could use a better dusting. But other than that it’s a great spot!

We stayed with four small families with young children and Moose Ridge was PERFECT for us. The house was so well outfitted with everything we could need (which is rare these days). The kids loved sledding on the driveway. The game room and the hot tub were a huge hit with adults and kids alike. We even saw a fox in the yard at dusk one evening! There weren’t large spaces to hang out but we didn’t miss that because there were so MANY spaces and everyone could spread out. Sky Run was wonderfully responsive and took great care of us! All of this to say we would love to return someday!

Great view, great place, easy access to the lake across the street. everything you need in the house. would stay again!

3 peaks cabin was a home away from home. Beautiful setting. Derek came and got the hot tub working quickly! Everything you need in a gorgeous setting!

We had an incredible stay at the house. It was perfect for a group getaway. The house was spacious with the most comfortable couch and a giant table perfect for family dinner. We took advantage of it all - swimming in the pool, fishing in the river and ponds. Very convenient to the grocery store, restaurants and supplies. The backyard was wonderful, beautiful views and so peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and responsive with reasonable rules and check out instructions. It allowed us to feel at home. We are hoping to get back soon!
