It's a luxurious and rustic log home. Filled with natural wood furniture and modern kitchen appliances, the home is sure to impress everyone. The exterior walls are made from 10" pine logs. The interior walls are a mix of pine T&G and drywall with a hand troweled finish. All counter tops are granite. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 common areas, a huge deck, a walk out basement, this home has plenty of entertaining space. The flooring is a mix of carpet, tile, and laminate. GC permit # 104937

Our beautiful Canadian-log home offers spectacular views of the Continental Divide, beds for an extended family of 12 or more, & a 15-min drive to Winter Park/Mary Jane ski resorts (the driveway and county road are plowed). The back of the house is spanned by picture windows & a deck. The alpine and Nordic skiing are world-class. The fishing, hiking, rafting, & mountain biking are superb. Our home is very family-friendly with 2 high chairs, 2 pack'n'plays, diaper pail, training potty, etc.
