The property is minutes from Winter Park Resort and within walking distance of the town of Winter Park. There is access to the free orange and brown line bus stops within a minute's walk from the house so that you can get around without a car. There are countless hiking and biking trails for the summer and an easy bus ride or drive (5 minutes) to skiing in the winter. The hot tub is shared for the condo complex and can fit approximately 6 people. It is a short walk or drive.
