The time-honored 18th century farmhouse was extensively renovated and rebuilt from 2021 - 2025. The house in the small border village of Nothweiler directly on the border of the French Alsace now offers guests two large holiday apartments n. The location in the middle of the Palatinate Forest-North Vosges Biosphere Reserve guarantees absolute peace and relaxation, the historic building structure and the modern equipment ensure a cozy and at the same time contemporary ambience.

The workshop

Located in a small Alsatian village at an altitude of 350 m, in the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Park. Independent accommodation is located in a renovated old farmhouse. It includes a terrace, kitchen, living room with a bed (single bed), bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet), and a bedroom containing (1 double bed and 1 single bed). Wi-Fi access. Nap corner: suite in the heart of nature

The nap corner is a 23 m2 studio located in a village. This is an independent suite with a private entrance, in our family home. It's a passive house with no need for heating or air conditioning. It consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 m bed or 2 beds of 90 cm joined with high-end bedding, TV and kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has a private terrace overlooking an accessible orchard. 5 minutes from the amenities of Soutz-sous-Forêt.

In a rural and rural setting. This renovated home has all commodities. Independent access, the direct entrance to the living room overlooks the fireplace, bathroom and toilet is on the same floor, equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, microwave, induction hob, oven, Senseo coffee machine, upstairs bedroom (mezzanine) with 2 single beds of 1.10 m. In the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Park, the cottage (former barn) is part of an 18th century farmhouse that has been completely renovated. The 45 m² duplex has a 22 m² private terrace with views of the vineyards and orchards. The accommodation has an equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom (180 x 200 cm bed) and garage (parking for electric car). Non-smoking accommodation.

Historic customs house 2nd apartment Anno 1729

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
