Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Windeck

Beautiful, well-kept country cottage, not far from Schmallenberg. We lacked nothing - we were even helped out with a box of beer on the holiday. Host and accommodation, we can fully recommend. Best regards

A perfectly equipped cottage that really leaves nothing to be desired. Quietly located and relaxing. Birgit and her husband are very hospitable and helpful hosts. We felt very comfortable all around. A car is recommended as the cottage is at the top of the mountain.

We had beautiful days and enjoyed the tranquility. It was all there, and we felt comfortable. It was clean, and the beds and couch comfortable. We definitely recommend the place!

We felt super comfortable in the cottage and garden and also enjoyed the walks through the Bacher Lay. The accommodation is very suitable for families with baby and small children, there was everything you could ever need on site. Ludwig and Gerda are super nice, helpful hosts. We would have liked to have stayed for more than a week and will definitely be back.

We were allowed to enjoy the wonderful house in a beautiful setting for 5 nights. Although there was everything in the house and the house remained wonderfully cool despite the high temperatures, the distance to, for example, Koblenz and the Laacher See was very easy to do. Plenty of choice in activities and also a playground within walking distance of the house. Outside we could sit wonderfully, at the BBQ was our favorite place with a very nice view. A well equipped kitchen and further in the house also more than sufficiently available. Astrid is very warm and also comes at a good time to welcome you to the house. Been in summer but also in another season this would be a place and accommodation that we recommend!

We love the house! They provided more than what was needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the house was very clean and beautiful. It would have been more enjoyable if we had come on a warm day, so we could’ve hung out on the balcony while having a BBQ. Overall, it is highly recommended!

Nice and neat apartment. We were given a warm welcome where everything was explained. House was tidy, clean and well cared for. The area was ideal for fun trips. In short, a great place for a short vacation.

Our three day stay was in an upscale atmosphere, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of towels, soap, body care items, hair dryers, hygiene items included. The garden looks more spacious on the pictures, but everything is very well maintained. Use of the unheated pool was only possible with a lot of overcoming, as unfortunately the room temperature was also cool.

Markus and Carina are really lovely, tolerant people, it just shines from them. We were made to feel part of the family instantly. When we contacted them they were very responsive and assisted us with everything we needed. The apartment is spacious with plenty of cupboards and drawers, the kitchen is fully equipped as stated and was clean on entry, Nespresso machine was also really nice as we love our morning coffee. The surrounding area has beautiful walks and is very much like the Scottish Highlands, literally right outside the back door there is a lovely forest and hill walks, locals are friendly as you would expect living in such an idyllic hideaway. We very much enjoyed the fresh eggs and milk from the farms around the area. We really had a lovely time here and look forward to being able to return sometime soon.

Overall, the stay was very nice! :) Silvia and Bernd gave many tips and were always approachable and very helpful. The place offers everything you need. Through the sauna, we were able to relax well and the pool playing on site was also a lot of fun. All in all great!

The apartment was super nice and very well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. The terrace with small garden is ideal for a small dog. Parking was available free of charge. Check-in was very easy. we stayed at the property for 4 days and enjoyed the time very much. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. Everything was as stated on the picture, we particularly liked the bathtub. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to anyone.

Isabel was always very friendly and very easy to reach! She even inquired about our well-being when it was particularly cold outside. The surroundings are beautiful and very suitable for hiking! The cake in the nearby cafe was really delicious so that we were there several times. The cabin was very comfortable. All in all a great holiday!

I am thrilled. Arrival was great and I was immediately warmly welcomed. Both are super sweet and the location really nice. I had a lot of time to write in peace and could always contact Thomas and his wife. There was even a folder where all the important information and shops were listed nearby - with about the duration of the footpath. Just great! Always happy to come back.

The house is modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything is new, sparkling clean and perfectly matched. Especially the outdoor area with sauna and jacuzzi invites you to relax in the evenings. We felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend this beautiful house! In search of peace and contemplation, this is the place to be. The romantic cabin has on the one hand old-fashioned features such as shutters and a fireplace, but also has the fastest internet and a bathtub. The best of both worlds and it is a delight to watch Eva with her animals! I'm sure I'll go there again.

The place is truly unique and in a great location! We felt very comfortable (despite bad weather). The house is really well appointed and very cozy. It was a little dusty here and there - which didn't really bother us with a house in nature. Clear recommendation!

We have enjoyed the peace and space. The log cabin and garden were exactly what we needed to enjoy for a few days. The wood stove was also wonderfully warm and cozy. In addition, there was plenty to see outside in terms of nature.
