The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Good public transport connections (buses, 2.5 km to Neusser train station), shopping and laundromat nearby.

The residential complex is located on a dead end street directly to a park with lake.

Stay on a Lower Rhine farm in our small, cozy accommodation. The apartment is bright and friendly and built with natural building materials. A terrace for morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine is waiting for you. The picnic meadow in the shade of the trees is a place where children can romp carefree. Our farm is located in the countryside and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

Euer home away from home befindet sich im Herzen Schiefbahns am Niederrhein. Schiefbahn hat eine eigene Autobahnausfahrt und ist somit ideal an Düsseldorf City, Flughafen und Messe (20 Minuten), Mönchengladbach (15 Minuten) und Krefeld (20 Minuten) angebunden. A cozy sitting area awaits you in the courtyard. The use of our fitness room is free. Parking is available in front of our house.
