Es ist ein modernes, helles Haus, das für Familien mit kleinen Kindern alles bereithält, was diese glücklich macht: Playmobilwelten, Kapla, unzählige Tonies und Schleichtiere. Und die Erwachsenen können sich entspannen - mit gutem Kaffee, den neuesten Büchern, in einer muckeligen Umgebung. Vor der Tür das Weltnaturerbe Wattenmeer; innen Holzdielen, ein Ofen, Designklassiker und ein reduzierter nordischer Stil.

Unsere Gäste haben die obere Etage mit 90 qm für sich allein. Über eine kleine zweite Haustür gelangt man nach oben. Es gibt dort eine Wohnküche mit einem Einzelbett, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 160 cm Doppelbett, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit 140 cm Doppelbett, das Kaminzimmer, einen kleinen Balkon und ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Im EG wohne ich mit meinem Freund und unseren 3 KATZEN, ich kann nicht ausschließen, dass die 3 Fellbewohner Euch mal besuchen, falls ihr die Tür offen habt.

The maritime Vegesack with its historic harbor, like the city center of Bremen, are accessible by public transport. Bus stop 100 m, train station 850 m away.

In the large, beautifully landscaped, natural garden there is a barbecue and garden furniture for relaxing. A large, well-kept fish pond located directly on the terrace invites you to relax. In summer to cool down or in winter to warm up there is a wood-fired bathtub. There is also a sauna with a wood-burning stove. From the garden you can walk the approx. 80-kilometer-long cycling trail on the Ems-Jade Canal. The canal is a paradise for anglers.
